Lindsay Lohan's gal pal, Samantha Ronson, was served legal papers by our process server while she was DJing at the Whiskey in Los Angeles on Thursday night.
"It was quite a scene," a source tells us. "Samantha was freaking out."
She's got the money to pay our legal bills in the frivolous lawsuit she brought against us. She's been ordered to do so by a court, yet she still hasn't.
Ronson was served with Orders issued by the court to compel her to appear for an examination under oath to provide all of her personal financial information as a result of her failure to pay the judgment against her.
The examination is scheduled for October 6th in a Los Angeles superior court.
We look forward to resolving this matter soon.

…..And I do believe your day is coming, soon. I hope I am around to witness it too; not because I get the kind of sick pleasure that you do, Perez, in savouring other people's pain, but so that I can close the door on my sympathy to your victims, and to know that the wrongdoer has been stopped.

Whatever, I think this is bull….. Perez has "apparently" been involved in several law suits against him and there's video of him being a little bitch about it, but the second someone wrongs him he's the first person to all of the sudden understand the law. What crap.
