Wow. Who is really at fault here? Looks to me like Miley is putting something in or taking something out of her purse. It is the photog that is being a jerk.
Why would you even take a picture like this of a 15 year old girl? So what, she is now not allowed to bend over in public? Who doesn't do that. We all just don't have perverts with cameras (or websites) stalking us to catch it on film and trying to make us look bad. This is a classic example of spinning an innocent situation into something controversial with no substance to back it up.

The answer to that question can be found in basic Psychology 101. When Perez looks at Miley Cyrus, he sees all that he wishes he could be. He wants to be a girl; he wants to be a star; he wants to be rich; he wants to be pretty; all the things combined that Miley is, that he can never be. When he defaces her photo, he is able to lessen her, and thereby, lessen his jealousy of her. He is also able to transfer the attention away from her and her photo, and divert it onto himself (it's no longer about a photo of miley; it's now about Perez and his scribbling). Perez has such a deep hated and loathing for himself, that he has created this persona as an escape from the person that he really is. He is severely mentally disturbed, and it's not even complicated.
