And it's not even a benefit or fundraiser for some charity!

$300 for a concert with your kid is a lot of money, especially during these hard economic times.

SO i wish that accuracy was a part of celebrity blogging. First off, Miley Cyrus herself would have little to no say in what the ticket prices are at her concerts. It has everything to do with her Record Company, Management, whatever concert promotional company they use (eg LiveNation). I have to question where you even get your information! Anyone who is capable of using Google would know how ticket prices are set.

Did you ever stop to think that Miley doesn't set the ticket prices herself? Those ticket prices are set by the venue and Disney, she has no say in it what so ever. Since when has a Miley or Jonas concert been cheap? Ever since they started to tour their concerts have been alot of money. Madonna's tickets cost alot but I'm still going. Over 60% of artist's concerts cost alot. This is not a shocker at all.

For all of you who say that Miley does not set the prices….I have been to 2 Elton John/Billy Joel concerts, in one of the most expensive cities/counties in the US. I think that my ticket cost $85 a piece (both concert tickets were given as a birthday gift, to me)….and they were phenomenal seats.
Believe me, the venue charges according to what Miley expects to be paid, for her performance. The city/county IS going to charge enough to not only pay Miley…but, also for security, parking, taxes and miscellaneous fees, that are occurred. If you don't think so, you are not a tax-paying adult.
