Re: cyatic910 – which to me, sounds fucking stupid. "No thanks, I'd like to stay longer for some more torture, it seems like fun!" Being a POW does not make you the perfect presidential candidate. The end.

  2. 602

I'm sick and tired of all the politik talk!! Let the news media handle that shit! I want to read some GOSSIP ALREADY!!! And you've been slacking today, Perezito.

  3. 603

Okay Republicans, you elect an old man (he is 72) into the white house and if he should have a heart attack, you're going to rely on Palin to run the country?

Where is the common sense in that?

Sweetheart I didn't write your racist statement claiming only blacks voted for Obama and got him this far YOU DID. Now, please point out the sentence where I called you stupid. I stated you are mis informed.

    Re: cyatic910
You are so right. Anyone with a brain knows that a Governor is so much more experienced than a Senator that never shows up. Don't tell me ..well g.w. was a governor…!!! G.W. should never be compared to anyone…he's a CROONIE with BIGG BALLS. G.W. and obama or biden didn't give birth to 5 children and be a governor at the same time. She is the best the country has going for it, since
our wonderful Hilary was stolen away.

    Re: cyatic910

Wow … you have so many questions … let me help you see clearly.

    As to my answers:

    1.) No
    2.) Yes
    3.) No

    … damn, I lost track.

Prenatal screening is done for a reason … I happen to believe that DS (amongst other conditions) warrants abortion, you don't … I like gays, you don't … I like red, you like blue.

She knowingly exposed her child to a life of suffering and pain … you are right: I too wish the child could have defended itself by saying: Mother, what are you doing? Why do you want to put me through this?

What would her answer be? "My Child, if I abort you I will anger God and I will not go to heaven! That's why you have to live at all cost. I love you, my child, and pure love will make away of all suffering. Amen !"

  11. 611

No one wants to hear your policial opinions you tard! This is not why we come here!

  13. 613

Perez Hilton, where are you? I'll bail you out of jail if need be.

  14. 614

Re: JERMAINE – Because she did her own video and her staff have been interviewed about how they felt about a baby being brought into the office. How do you know she doesn't? DO YOU live with her? SEriously, I say this out of fact finding. She has said in interviews that she takes her baby to work with her because hse is breastfeding. Unlike Hilalry who used tax dollars from Arkansas when Bill was governor to pay Chelsea's nanny.Look it up. There was investigation of comingling of funds. Do you think I could make this stuff up?

  15. 615

Re: Jane Doe – Not true, although I don't profes to read people's thoughts. When I was pregnant and over 30 years old, they REQUIRED me to get about 12 viles of blood drawn for genetic testing. By law (due to lawsuits) they are required to let you know what you should expect in case of extra epenses and by law the doctor has to inform you of your legal rights concerning abortion. My cousin lives in California and is 35 adn when she got pregnant they required her to do the same thing. I love you because you say stuff you really know nothing about. You are so easy to refute!

  16. 616

Re: Darrynito – Wow you are one cold hearted person! I can’t believe you think all babies with downs should be aborted. That’s the most disgusting thing I have ever heard. People with downs are not suffering as you put it they are sweet natured and amazingly innocent, they give unconditional love. you could use a few of these traits. I think people who spew hate and ignorance should be euthanized but I digress, this America and you can say anything you like.

  17. 617

Re: alaskan – Have you ever heard of Bill Clinton's Brother? Check him out. This is definitely an arena where politicians cannot throw stones…on eaither side.

  18. 618

Re: SKITTLES – I doubt he has a child. Or at least lives with one. I think I was a little cold before I had a kid, but I have a cousin with Downs and that child is the happiest kid ever. My doctor has a child with downs and she said that child has been easier to raise and happier than any of her 5 other children. They are blessings. If people could see the future and see hwat an asshole he is perhaps his mother would have aborted him.

  19. 619

I think McCain is crazy. He changes his mind all the time. All you have to do is go look at his record. What he says and what he actually does, in terms of his voting are two different things. Also, I do not trust a man who was in a enemy prison camp for five years. I think it affects a persons' mind. Not saying he is crazy, but I think his judgement is shakey. Also he has a very bad temper and gets sarcastic and mean with people. Plus he has had cancer ,and he is 72 so the perosn he picks for his VP is important. This lady already admitted she hasn't even thought about the Iraq war that much. McCain says he doesn't know about the ecomnoy stuff, so between the two of them we are fucked. I will work hard to help Obama. I am going to volunteer. The difference is, all the Republicans think about is how to win so they can let their friends keep getting richer. The Democrats want to win so they cando the right thing. I lost my job 8 months ago. I haven't had health insurance for six years.

  20. 620

    Re: Meg_Mo
Apparently you've never been in the military. This is a perfect example of what is wrong with our country. Total lack of respect for anything. I never said he was qualified because he was a POW. I was responding to someone saying he cheated on his first wife. It's not right, which he has admitted, but like I said, war changes a person.

  21. 621

Fuck ME! I truthfully could give two flying fucks about this political assholishness everyone is wrapping themselves up in… but ffs the assholes on here saying kids with down syndrome don't deserve a chance to fucking live is RIDICULOUS… I worked with children with down syndrome and it breaks my heart to think that people assume that this kids live a life full of suffering and should be "put out of their misery" before they get a chance at life. The children I did work with were so much more than all the ignorant little bastard children you see running around with no problems, far less selfish, much more appreciative of everything, and completley happy for even the smallest of things.. I am seriously disgusted at alot of you right now :/

And, then proceeded to do just what you said that you wouldn't…'judging'. You have created quite an oxymoron and double standard.
What, exactly, do you consider a "for whatever reason"? I know what I consider it to mean…but, I am curious to know how you do.

  23. 623

    Re: Darrynito
So you're for rounding up and killing all people with DS because they're suffering right now as we speak? If you someone with DS are you being evil because you didn't go over and kill them? I don't your argument is very good.

  26. 626

Can one of you pro-life assholes answer me this? What happens when a girl gets raped by her father or anyone for that matter and ends up pregnant? What about a 14 yr old girl who is raped and ends up pregnant? Is she an asshole if she chooses to abort that baby? I understand that any bitch who uses abortion as a method of birth control is fucking ridiculous, but who are you to criticize a woman who does something to her own body if the circumstances were completley fucked? I think that a woman should have the right to choose whether or not she is capable, circumstances provided, of being pregnant and bringing a child into this world… you all say adoption, but do you even understand how remotley difficult it is to some women to bring a child into this world and give it up?! I believe if anything, there should be a limit, there is no way a female should be up in the clinic on their 8th abortion, let alone their 3rd or 4th, even 2nd is pushing it to me.. but sometimes shit happens out of your control, and sometimes you make a mistake, who are you to tell someone what the fuck to do?!
    »-(¯`v´¯)-» ⓝⓘⓚⓚⓘ »-(¯`v´¯)-»

  27. 627

Re: Darrynito – how terribly insensitive of you. I was told my daughter might have downs and my doctor recommended I abort. I didn't, and she's smart, beautiful, and healthy. But I would have been just as proud of her if she had downs. They don't all suffer, they don't all have horrible medical conditions. It may be hard to care for them, but they are also the most loving, cheerful, innocent creatures on this planet and deserve the right to live and the respect for the hard work they put in daily to prove themselves to people like you.

  28. 628

Why does McCain *always* bring up his POW status? And then McBitch *vowed* to continue to constantly remind us of this throughout their campain in her speech yesterday. Yay. I bet he was lying there the whole time as a POW thinking, "This will surely get me the Presidency!" Just like she was like, "Oh goodie - as DS baby - perfect for my 'pro-life' agenda!" Yeah I said it - and I mean it!

mccain obviously isn't interested in what the GOP would have loved to throw at us.

talk about an opportunity for change with these two: it's with mccain and palin. you get foreign policy, miliary experience, fiscal conservatism and budget reductions, experience in fighting govt corruption, and experience in dealing with energy concerns. dream ticket.

Re: moonbeams – Could you please explain to me exactly what is ‘the right thing the democrats are going to do’? I would like you to tell me in your own words please. How can you say McCain is crazy and then say you’re NOT saying McCain is crazy? That’s double talk ands that is what we don’t want in the white house. You also shouldn’t say anything about McCain’s time as POW until you have experienced it for yourself. You might as well spit on every solider you see and tell them you think they are fools to defend your rights.

  32. 632

Re: Meg_Mo – wow, talk about being uneducated. McCain's refusal to be released was actually the right thing to do. The North Vietnamese tried to use him as a pawn for propaganda, among other things. His decision to stay boosted the morale of his fellow pow's and probably kept many alive. Just because you don't have the strength and fortitude he did you call him stupid? Research your history you idiot. And I'm an Obama supporter by the way. So no comments on my "conservative spin doctoring" please

  33. 633

    Re: moonbeams
I think you need to read a little more on the candidates. McCain was messed up for a couple of years but is ok now. You won't trust a prison camp survivor but you'll trust a man that went to a church for 20 years that spewed hate speech, and denies ever hearing anything bad? Joe Biden has had 2 brain aneurysms, he is also a risk. I think you should do some research on Governor Palin. I think you'll see that she'll go after anybody that's corrupt, including people in her own party. You lost your job 8 months ago, sorry to hear that. Here's some advice, try something in a different field. If nothing is available, move somewhere else. There are jobs out there, instead of hanging out here go look for a job. When I lost my job once, I did a lot of crap work that still paid. I didn't like it, but the bills and family had to be taken care of.

  34. 634

"So you're for rounding up and killing all people with DS because they're suffering right now as we speak?"

That's not what I said and that's not what I want.

You guys are lucky to experience/work with patients covering one side of the spectrum, the side most visible to the public … but don't ignore the fact that there is the other side of the spectrum too; DS patients who are suffering hidden away in hospitals and homes … or already dead. Where is your compassion for those poor souls?

Yes, I think it's disgusting. I don't think I created an oxymoron with the partial birth abortion comment. If it's a threat to the woman's life, do what needs to be done. But to kill a child, because at six months this kid already has feelings, because you ignored this problem isn't right. It's a sticky issue. Re: obama-shirts.spreadshirt.com – Perhaps I DID misunderstand your comment, and for that I apologize. Make no mistake, though….I may have felt sorry for myself, in the past, but it happened about 30 years ago….I am QUITE over the stigma. BUT, I don't feel that my commenting on abortion, women's rights and circumstances beyond the control of a rape victim, should label me an 'idiot'. I may not be a psychologist, as you claim to be….but, I AM well-read, of above average intelligence (certifiably) and, I DO research social issues before I make assumptions concerning others.
Was I selfish, when I had to undergo my abortion? Whether I was, or not….I didn't have a choice. You must be one helluva psychologist…..you probably spend the entire therapy session working out your billing…because you had already made up your mind, about the client, before they even walked in and sat down.
BTW…the teachers, that taught me and my siblings, KNEW what was going on in my home. They chose to do nothing. That's the Chicago school system for you.

The Mother held her new born close,And the tears began to fall,Her husband placed his hand on hers,As he stared up at the wall.A child of Downs had been given life,And the odds were stacked up high,That this little baby would survive the day,While the parents prayed and cried.Upon leaving the safety of a Mothers womb,The battle to live was now waged,Between a heart not fully developed,Against an amazing courage displayed. An incubator would now hold this child,There were tubes and monitor in action,Because the weakness of vital organs,Failed in developing to satisfaction. While doctors and nurses held little hope,They felt this child would not survive,The necessary surgery to mend his heart,But they were in for a big surprise! Not only did the child overcome all the odds,With such an amazing display of fight,He continued to turn into believers,Professionals who thought they were right! The days that followed left many in awe,As this child continued to climb,Overcoming each medical obstacle,Until suddenly there were no more to find! From Heaven Down Syndrome children are sent,They teach us patience, endurance, and love,Spreading happiness and joy for so many hearts,Some just for a while till they're called home to above. Those who's heart have been touched by a child,And who've shared and been part of their life,Will know what a gift that was given by God,To Grandparents, a husband, and wife.

Re: Fizzidle – Per your #638 comment…fair enough. You are quite entitled to your opinion, but…isn't 'pro-choice' to mean that ALL women have the right to do, with their body, as they wish (regardless if it is ONE abortion or MANY)? You CAN'T call yourself 'pro-choice' if you set a limit on how many men that a woman can be with (before calling her a (enter derogatory term here)), how often she has sex, what she uses for birth control (and, how often)…and, how many abortions she has had (and, in which month the procedure was performed in).
You are either PRO-CHOICE (meaning that ALL women have the right to do with their body, as they wish, when they wish, and, with whomever they wish), or you're not. There is no 'slippery slope' for this topic.
While I'm at it….please, don't concern yourself with what other people do. If it doesn't harm or affect 'you and yours', it's perfectly acceptable to 'live and let live'.

Perez there are still more skeletons, the web is busting with rumors that the last child is indeed her daughter's child and not hers. If this is true, what kind of woman would do that to her own child. A good mother would allow her daughter no matter her age to take responsibility of her child. Oh, women who are too young and over 35 have an increased risk of having children with Down Syndrome.

    Has Obama? Nope.
So who says his "experience" is more vast than hers??

  59. 659

Re: Anonymous – I'm sorry if you feel I was slamming women or flip flopping on the issue. I realize this is a sensitive topic for you. I don't think this is issue is as cut and dry as you say. This is part of the reason I believe the morning after pill should be made readily available, so that it can be cut and dry and not such a sore point of contention. As with most things in life, it's a topic with many layers. Regardless of my feelings on the matter with partial birth and abortion as birth control, if it were a cut and dry issue, I'd be pro choice no matter how a women chooses to utilize the choice, how often or why. Because if you cut it down to the skinny, a woman has the right to decide what to do with her own body. No matter what anyone else thinks or opinions are. My feelings on those two matters are just that, my feelings and my opinions, but I understand they are not everyone's, and I also understand that you cannot put limitations or restrictions on the roe vs. wade decision. I just find it deeply sad and an indicator of the times that some women abuse it. So I think it is fair to say I am pro-choice, despite my feelings on how some women abuse that choice. Does that clarify it at all or do I sound like a pompous idiot?

  60. 660

well if you don't like her, just don't vote for mccain.. easy as pie. just because he picked her as vp doesn't mean they're going to take over the world. you guys are acting like he's already the president. vote for obama (or anyone else other than mccain) and you won't have to worry about her being the vp

  61. 661

Re: LULU~* – do you have the ability to stop being naive and ignorant. how about obama's inexperience…or do you just choose to overlook that for you own convienent opinion????

  62. 662

Re: Anonymous – and I wasn't calling any women sluts or whatever for abusing the choice to have as many as they want. I wouldn't and you can't put a limit on that choice as per our constitution. But I do think there should be alternatives. And as for concerning myself with what others do, I was NOT and HAVE NEVER got into anyone's face on this topic. I was just stating HOW I FEEL. Emphasis on the word feel. And please don't think I'm attacking you, but as per your "while I'm at it comment", I do believe we should live and let live and I do try to abide by that rule more than you could possibly imagine. That DOES NOT mean I do not have my own opinions on certain topics, utilize my right to voice them, and yes I do occasionally slip up there. We all do. It would be hypocritical of us both to say that neither of us do, considering this is all being discussed on a website that is famous for ripping people to shreds and judging their actions. We can live and let live, but discussion on these topics are healthy. That's how we grow and learn as people. I may have my own opinions and feelings, but i welcome debate so that I can learn if I'm wrong. I just don't see where I am on this one.

I am not enthralled by McCain, he has earned my respect, and if you weren't so fucking bent on declaring yourself a liberal or democrat and swallowing whatever lines the party feeds you, and made an effort to do research ON ALL THE CANDIDATES, if you have half a brain you'd probably respect him too. All people fuck up. I'd love to see you under the bright light. Shit, just look up the candidates on wikipedia if you don't want to put effort into it. At least then you'll have a somewhat balanced view. And despite what you think, Obama does need my vote. McCain IS stiff competition for the man, and if you were smart you'd realize it. You are making a fool of yourself at the moment. Come back when you can back up your statements with proof instead of lashing out with affronted emotion.

    NOBAMA
    yawn..

  71. 671

Re: Kieken – no he's slacking so everyone can see this extremely big "scandal" He's being childish and sure as hell losing my respect as the day wears on. Really Perez…people don't come here to debate politics…you don't play fair…and even when you try to expose the canidate you don't agree with, you pull up some bullshit half-ass scandal like this. Seriously Perez…I adore your site…but you're going to lose some fans if you keep doing this.

  72. 672

Perez Hilton! come back to life…

    Re: holland0217 – “She's actually GOVERNED people.
    Has Obama? Nope.
So who says his "experience" is more vast than hers??”

Yes this is true and she also has executive experience a major plus! She IS the middle class of America. I am really starting to like her a lot. She has taken down corrupt people in the Republican Party and does seem to care about taxes in Alaska. I see her shaking things up in Washington in the near future if not as vice president …. She will get to Washington one way or another.

This definitively is major change for GOP

Re: Squirrel – You misinterpreted my statement. I stated, or meant to apply, that 'live and let live' should be applied to those girls, young ladies and women who are having their free (pro) choice compromised.
Nice try, on your part, to try twisting my words. I know what I meant and, what I said. It's not my fault that you could not comprehend it.
Make an appointment with Fizzidle…he/she/they is a psychologist.

  75. 675

I smell an awful lot of fear from the "negative, everything is wrong with America" side of the aisle…….hmmmmm

Re: Kieken – I'm starting to wonder myself.

  77. 677

Re: JokerBaby – I'm pretty sure you're stupid. cant you see that hiliary is using you too? she doesn't care about women. she was using them as a means to get votes. i'm a woman, i want someone i can trust, and know will do a good job. she told iran that she would oblitherate them if they attacked isreal. that beyond bad foreign policy. with a weak army how would the US cope? thats just another possible war based on bad decisions. wake up!

Re: Anonymous – My sincerest apologies….I made the mistake of referencing fizzidle as a psychologist, in my last comment. It should have been Obama-shirts.spreadshirts.com….NOT fizzidle.

  81. 681

Re: shake1 – Please, it's McCain and it's Palin. Not McKain and Perry.

  82. 682

Re: Anonymous – I wasn't trying to twist your words. I was merely pointing out the irony of using that line when establishing a pro-choice stance. I just find it amusing.
    -
Not trying to pass judgment on your position.
    -
Those of you that think that abortion will ever be outlawed in America are paranoid. Bush is 100% pro-life and not once in 8 years did he try to reverse the decision. No one wants to touch that hot potato. I do find Obama's position one of the most extreme I have ever encountered and personally find it gross.

  83. 683

WTF is going on Perez???……post something…I"M BORED

  84. 684

  85. 685

  89. 689

Sarah Palin is a nasty BITCH!!!! When I was in Alaska last year, I went to an underground dominatrix club and she was there fucking guys up the ass with a strap-on dildo!
She tried her best to get me tied down on a toilet seat to urinate on me, but I got so disgusted by the series of events that were taking place I ran out of the dungeon and got my money back!
    She even had the audacity

  91. 691

This whole election is becoming a joke. They're trying to one-up each other. Obama has only a few things going for him: one, Bush's popularity is in the basement, and by extension, so is the rest of the party. Two, Obama's an eloquent speaker. Three, he's young, making him a hip choice. Four, he's African American, making him even hipper. Aside from this very short list, what qualifications does Obama have?

McCain has the charisma of a brass doorknob and had little shot of winning against Obama, America's trendy pick. So he counters by nominating Palin, which he mistakenly believes gives him points with the young and trendy crowd. Scandal? Who cares… it just makes her sexier.

Can I just stay home until two different candidates appear on the ballot?

I'm sick of the "Lesser of Two Evils" mentality of our election system.

  92. 692

    (I suspect she'll become a throw-away nomination.)

Where the heck did she come from?

  96. 696

Re: Squirrel – I'm interested in what it is about Obama's position that you find extreme and disgusting. I don't know what you are referencing…can you explain, please?

  97. 697

    Obama is not black!!! Alert the media!!The breakdown is;
    6.25% Black
    43.75% Arab
    50.00% White
His Father was from Arab decent not African American. His great great grandmother was black. That makes him only 6.25% black and in the US you have to be at least 12% to be legally considered black. Could this be true? He is really an Arab? Of course we can't call him "white" that would be an insult to him!

  98. 698

Oh, give me a break. She did what she thought was the right thing to do. An admninistrative scuffle, hardly a "skeleton". You want to see "skeletons", go pay Slick Willy or Hill a visit, or crap, come see me.

  99. 699

I can't believe all of you waste sooo much time and energy calling each other names and berating each other because your opinions differ. The Nation will speak for itself, and so be it.

  100. 700

She's done alot of good things for Alaska… She's been a damn good govenor.
