it'sa very selfish thing for mccain to do.. he isn't interested in doing what it best for the country; he just wants enough votes to win. clearly he hasn't thought far enough ahead to realize if he dies in he next 4 years - keep in mind he is 72 years old, the oldest president elected if he is in fact elected -that THIS BITCH is going to become president of the united states??? i mean are you fucking kidding me. it's just reckless, he doesn't care about america, he just wants to win the election. that woman has been in politics for LESS THAN 2 YEARS and on top of that, in ALASKA?!? Alaska…. population like 9000. and why does she have to be so attractive? if they are trying to attract my female vote they should have picked someone accomplished and qualified, this is a almost insulting to me.
Re: Fizzidle – His opposition to the Born Alive Infants Protection Act (BIAPA). He opposes granting rights to infants that survive an attempted abortion. He opposed this legislation three times when he was a State Senator, and was on the committee that provided oversight of this legislation. His position meets and exceeds NARAL. Even NARAL didn't have a problem with the BIAPA. The US Senate (pre-Obama) passed this legislation with a unanimous vote. I don't understand his position. If these infants are born alive, living, breathing, with heart-beat, then are they not humans and deserve the protections of every American citizen. Not according to Obama. In other words. Let them die, outside the womb. Sick.

I also find his comment that he didn't want his daughters to be "punished" with a baby if they experienced an unwanted pregnancy beneath him. He could have done better than that. Equating a baby to punishment. For all the compassion he attributes to himself, it somehow rings empty when you take statements like this and his other positions regarding abortion. Didn't he say something about standing up for "the least of us". If a baby doesn't define "the least of us" then what did he mean. His nuance is like a web. Very Sticky

John McCain has military command experience. Sarah Palin has executive experience as Governor of the largest state in the Union - with two international borders - and as Mayor of the fastest-growing town in Alaska. (Personally, I like small-town America).

Besides, the "foreign policy experience" argument is non-serious. What was the "foreign policy experience" of Ronald Reagan or Margaret Thatcher?
A great President is a great leader. Leadership skills are most clearly seen in people who have actually led: like McCain and Palin.
The "foreign policy experience" argument is actually a negative to me. I'd rather have someone with clear leadership skills as an American chief executive (like Governor Palin) - or military command experience (like McCain) - not someone who sat on some foreign affairs committee in Congress (like Biden). Of course, Obama has NONE of these types of experience. (to reprise a famous line on the Rev Jackson) Senator Obama ain't run nothin' but his mouth. She's done the stuff he's merely a poseur about.

How can she be objective in the handling of her ex brother-in-law firing - she should have had the common sense to assign this to someone else - if she is working on emotions and not common sense then really another candidate should have been selected. This also reflect a lot on her as an individual and how she will handle other hot potatoes - she'll have to learn that you should only be in the pot and not a stick stirring it.

So poorly that McCain was willing to do repeated "Town Hall" debates with Obama, and Obama turned him down.
So, did he turn him down because his true ideas are so unpopular that he can't afford to be any place where he might end up revealing them?
