Preteens would bring guns to school, sell drugs, and wind up pregnant. You find this in other low income, poor schools. It's the largest land mass state, and to be able to stand her ground (and not waste tax payers money) with the oil business, I think it shows she's got a good head on her shoulders. If they want to be taken as a credible and informed community, then they need to learn about the world and world issues. The scary thing is, is how many people are hanging on his every word almost as if he is something to be worshiped. The whole thing is a grand illusion. A government that fears its people has freedom. I had a hard time watching his speech. It's not just Obama's words that bother me, but it's the people in the audience, crying when he came onstage as if they had just witnessed the second coming of Christ. It is sick and disturbing that people can be woo'd by this man. Its just mind blowing how people can follow somebody so blindly. I am not looking to be entertained and find it both laughable and scary at the same time that so many care more about the way he delivered his speech and bought the hype that was meant to catch you like a fish. He is a great speaker…when prepared or with a teleprompter. But, mesmerizing? No. Not when you realize that the change he wants is the change that any politician from an opposing party wants…a change to "your" way of thinking and doing things.
