Everybody's got their skeletons, but not every gun-toting, pro-life, anti-gay rights mother of 5 is running for Vice President!
The good news: It seems like Sarah Spears Palin did give birth to her son earlier this year - the one that was born with Down Syndrome.
The bad news: As has been reported, Sarah's daughter has been pulled out of school for months now, citing a severe case of "mono."
Uh huh!
Well, now the truth has come out.
Palin's daughter, Bristol Palin (above), 17 years old, is pregnant.
The slutty teen is keeping the baby and plans to marry its father.
Bristol, a senior in high school, is about five months along, in her second trimester.
Republican presidential nominee John McCain was aware of Bristol Palin's teenaged pregnancy before he chose her mommy.
McCain advisers said Palin told Johnny boy about her daughter's pregnancy in one of their "private conversations" last week, before he officially asked her to run with her. However, McCain aides said he already knew, having found out about it earlier in the vetting process. "She was very upfront about it," one aide insisted.
The Palins and the McCain campaign decided to reveal this information now because of Internet rumors that Sarah Palin's 4-month-old baby, who has Down syndrome, was actually Bristol's.
The Palins issued a statement Monday about their whore daughter.
Sarah and her husband, Todd Palin, say they are "proud of Bristol's decision to have her baby and even prouder to become grandparents. Bristol and the young man she will marry are going to realize very quickly the difficulties of raising a child, which is why they will have the love and support of our entire family."
They also asked the media to respect their daughter's privacy.

It's very important to talk to your kids about sex and - whether you like it or not - provide them with education and alternatives (the pills, condoms, etc).
Sarah Palin probably didn't talk to her daughter openly about sex, and she probably sure as hell didn't encourage her to use condoms!

Palin pulled her kid out of school for mono…for eight months. Announced herself to be pregnant, although,she never showed any symptoms of being pregnant nor did she lessen her campaigned schedule.
Her amniotic fluid broke in Texas, but she had a speech to give. Hmmmmm, what would it take for you to believe that she would then finish her speech,fly to Anchorage, then travel to a remote hospital to give birth to a baby who she knew to be suffering from Down's Syndrome. She's back to work three days later.
Wake up. She's covering up her own daughter's teeange pregnancy and is now spinning a new pregnancy to squash rumors of what she's done.

Shame on anyone casting judgement on that poor girl! Just because she got pregnant doesnt mean she wasnt educated about birth control. MANY people get pregnant while using some form of protection. Um, it's hard to have to write to explain this to you, but we have this little problem down here in the U.S. of A., called religious hypocrisy. No matter how we try to fix it, it just keeps flaring up again. One of the symptoms is women like Sarah Palin, who believe in abstinence only sex education. That means she wouldn't have educated her dear daughter Bristol about things like condoms, birth control pills, and the like, because, see, she doesn't believe in them. I mean, she was knocked up when she got married too, and she got to be governer. So she thinks it's okay to tell her kid just to keep her legs together at all times, and things will be okay. Except her kid didn't do that, cause most kids don't. Wow. I enjoy this site every day but this post made me cringe. Sometimes the "media" decides it is their right to do as they wish and take young girls with them. Calling a teenager a whore is completely wrong. This child did not ask for the spotlight that she is currently in, that was her mother's choice when she accepted the VP spot. What you say about the celebrity world is one thing. They have chosen this life. What you say about a normal kid in a tough situation is quite another. Have some compassion and class please.

Bristol Palin didn't know about birth control because her family has taught her that she needs to ignore her biological urges. Just because she got pregnant doesn't make her a whore. It is hard enough having ignorant parents that don't give you the proper tools and information in life, that she doesn't need judgmental douchebags like you publicly condemning her. If you want to condemn someone, condemn her parents. Plenty of teenagers are having sex. Okay. I'm not a Christian, but I know not to judge people unless I've been in their situation. So Perez until you become a pregnant teen then maybe you should lay off.
I think she still has strong family values. She has a son who has unselfishly joined the army and is going to help a country that is trying to get back on their feet. For all those who don't believe any good has come from the war maybe you should read both sides. At first glance, this sounded like the typical democratic family but her daughter is doing the honorable thing and having the child plus marrying the father. Are they too young? Oh hell yes but they and many others need to learn there are consequences to unprotected passion and using abortion as a means of birth control isn't one of them.

I think you missed the biggest point of his post. The point was about sex education for youth. Many republicans are for abstinence only sex education, and this can be the result of abstinence only sex education. If she had been taught to think normally about sex and taught to be prepared, she might not have gotten pregnant.

I can't believe Palin had a kid in her 40's knowing the high risks of birth defects in pregnancies among older women. Also, raising a baby and helping out her 17-year pregnant daughter is plenty for her to do!!!

It's much more likely that Palin was the mother of a baby with DS anyway–it occurs much more often in babies whose mothers were over 35, and she's in her mid-40s.
