The song is air salad — good track to play between sets at a live music venue.
Britney seems to be able to go through the motions but she's not an engaging or interesting dancer — she does look a lot healthier, and that's really good to see, for her sake and her little boys.
It remains to be seen whether the pop shtick she sells is still very marketable.

She still has no talent. I do not know why we glorify a singer who can not sing! Someone like Amy Winehouse is far more talented and she does not get half the air time that Britney Spears does. All Spears does is dance and lip sync, and she does not even do that well. There are currently a video all over the web of spears in concert and all of the audio is dropped except what she is singing into her mic and it sounds worst than awful. I do not blame Spears. I blame all of us for spending money and supporting such crap.

Even her most ardent fans would struggle to distinguish this dance routine from many others she's given over the years. It's not bad, by any means, but it's very 'typical Britney' - absolutely nothing special and very mediochre if this is meant to stand up as her comeback performance.
And similarly, the song sounds like it could've been on her last album. Or rather it sounds as if it was an offcut from Blackout. It's not very good at all. Where's the melody or a memorable tune?
Unless Britney can pull something truly great - and different- out of the bag, I'm not sure I see her having much more longevity in the pop world.
Gay men in their twenties will continue to think she's 'fabulous', but everyone else is fast losing interest in her and have moved on to more interesting acts like Rihanna, who's vocal range is just as limited as Britney, but has far more genuine star quality than Ms. Spears.

It's really nice to see her getting her act together. She looks pretty much like she used to, and looks like she was having fun doing the routine. She can actually dance now, thank god…her dancing in her last 2 music vids and at last year's VMA's was horrendous…I don't think she'll be performing this year since she said so in more than one interview. She might just be practicing routines for her songs so that when she releases a new album, and goes on tour, she'll have them all down pat. Or maybe she plans on filming a new music vid.
