Since his appointment of Sarah Palin as his Vice Presidential running mate, white women have "flocked" over to support John McCain.
According to a new poll from The Washington Post /ABC News:
Before the Democratic National Convention in late August, Mr Obama held an eight point lead among white women voters, 50 per cent to 42 per cent, but after the Republican convention in early September, Mr McCain was ahead by 12 points among white women, 53 per cent to 41 per cent, the poll found.

Sorry Buck but I disagree, I do think that there are pockets of white AMerica that will not vote for him B/C he is black. I also think that the fact that Obama knowing his own limitations on the political landscape to lay it out there and Say America needs change ( look up his blueprint for change for what he means by that) and had the guts to run DESPITE the obstacles in the form of "experience" and the players he is up against speaks volume of the man's character. I would be careful on your assessments of the Muslim world as well and look into what WE, America has been doing overseas with our foreign policies that have garnered us much hate around the world and not just from Muslims: hint: people in other countries could give two shits a/b our "freedoms."

Hillary is probably saying "I TOLD YOU SO!", to everyone who doubted her when she said it'll be dificult for Obama to win the election.

Obama and the Democratic party (MY party, btw) are arrogant and sexist and deserve to lose. Hillary was mistreated and people are wondering why women are pissed…? 18 million people voted for Hillary — slightly less than those voting for Obama — but Obama figured their wishes didn't count. there's really no logical reason as to why obama opted not to select clinton as a vp running mate besides his ego.there was so much talk about how the democratic party is fractured and if obama really cared about uniting the party and assembling a winning ticket clinton should have been at the top of the list.he literally gave mccain the chance to make history on his own by choosing a woman and mccain definitely leaped on the opportunity to steal the spotlight from obama.

I think people are starting to see Obama has nothing to offer. He only got elected to the senate because the two people he was running up against had big scandels so he won that by default and he shouldn't now become President because a couple years ago he got into politics by a luck of the draw.
Why does everyone believe that everything they hear in the media is the truth about either Palin or Obama? Each story you read or hear is that person's opinion or interpretation of the information they gather, much of it only rumors. It has shock value and makes a juicy read or broadcast. Oprah had an entire show on this very subject. Obama had the chance to really make history with Hillary and himself and he listened to his VP committee(one of them Caroline Kennedy,why?) and picked Biden. more polls out there also show independents (which will decide the election) favor McCain by at least 10 points, in the ones i've seen. Just google 2008 presidential polls, and you can see for yourself. The "likely voters" category has ALWAYS been the most reliable, and McCain has jumped to a 10-point lead, and we're over a week after the convention, when bounces usually start to dissapate. McCain/Palin are actually picking up momentum….not good news for you Obama supporters now that we're in the home stretch. McCain also leads 54-44 in Ohio, a bell-weather state that has been won by every Republican– since Lincoln– who went on to win the White House.

People are stupid. If you were just going to vote for hilary because she was a women and not on her issues you shouldn't be voting.
