Dirty Josh Sues to Prove There's No Sex Tape

No one cared that much anyway!

Josh Hartnett plans to sue the UK’s Daily Mirror for claiming that he engaged in some sexual activity recently in a public area of a posh London hotel.

The rag also claimed that Josh’s alleged escapades were caught by security cameras and that employees witnessed the actor’s sex romp.

Josh’s lawyer said the Mirror’s claims were “not only untrue but a complete fabrication” and they were “defamatory and unsubstantiated”.

In addition to money, Josh wants the tabloid to issue a public apology.

He should be happy that people are even talking about him!

Josh is appearing in a London stage production of Rain Man.
