As for Palin, she has the right to believe what she wants to believe. My concerns on her is that her logic is guided by her faith. Seperation of church and state exists for a reason and this woman does not strike me as one that recognizes those boundaries. I've youtubed her talks at her church and she quite frankly scares me caling the Iraq war god's plan etc. She to me, is way too far right for my oderate tastes and America is a very divrse country.

So someone obviously cares enough to ask the question, get a response and post it online. Don't blame Pam for being a human, and expressing her opinion. You don't have to like it. You don't have to share it. But please realize that you are doing the same thing that she did, reacting to a question/posting and responding. There was a period of time where I was a working single-mom of one with no family support. I am now a married working mom of three. I don't depend on the government to help me out with my business in any way, and never have.

I guess it just depends on what kind of "working mom" you are. Are you a self-sufficient, hard-working problem solver with regard to childcare, etc.? Or, do you subscribe to a culture of victimhood where you expect the government's help to make your personal choices easier?

Women have the right to work.. they have the right to pursue equal jobs/pay as men…they have the right to become mothers… AND they have the responsibility that if they choose to blend the two in their life to find their own way to make it work.
