Uh oh!

Rose McGowan has been in Toronto promoting her new film, Fifty Dead Men Walking, an adaptation of IRA informer Martin McGartland’s autobiography.

In a new interview, the fiery actress told reporters that she would have joined the extremist Irish group, the IRA, if she had lived in Belfast during the ‘Troubles’. She also went on to say that her “heart just broke for the cause”.

Boy, oh boy, has she caused a stir across the Pond!

A spokesperson who works with an organization that help victims of the IRA says, “She may as well add that she would have joined al-Qaeda and flew those planes into the twin towers had she been born a disgruntled Muslim.”
