We felt like we were watching a lady version of George W. Bush, only she's more eloquent and fuckable.
Like many politicians, instead of giving straight answers at times, Sexy Sarah would just jibber jabber.
In fact, at one point during the interview, Charlie Gibson said to the GOP VP pick, "I got lost in a blizzard of words there. Is that a yes?"
If the GOP somehow manages to snag the presidency, let's hope that John McCain stays well.
With Sarah in power, looks like there's a chance that 'God' could will us to go to war with Russia, Iran and Pakistani terrorists all at the same time.

If the quote of hers was not taken out of context from the original speech you would have realized she said something along the lines of please pray to MAKE SURE we are doing God's will……. which in one way or another has been said by many other presidents like Lincoln, FDR, JFK….but they probably didn't have enough experience either (esp. Lincoln).

I'm voting Obama, but I think she did OK - the thing was, all the questions were predictable and all the answers were pre-packaged for consumption by the pro-war, pro-hate crowd. Sure, if we allow Georgia (which bombs its own people) to join NATO, or put nuclear missiles aimed at Russia in Poland (which Bush just agreed to do, way to go you fucking idiot), and Russia acts, then yes, we do have to go to war with Russia, that's part of the deal. What Gibson didn't ask was "Why in the fuck would we allow a murderer like Saakashvili into NATO?" or "What was that psychotic moron Bush thinking, putting nukes in Poland?" or "Not everyone has five kids to send to war, wherein the hell are we supposed to get troops for invading Russia, which you know, went so well for Napoleon and Hitler?"

It was an OK interview. Palin was poised. But she was neither thoughtful nor concerned with the future of the USA, it was all about retaining power for our corporate masters. Ditto Gibson, what a powder puff, and I am speaking of Bubbles. The whole fake interview was just another depressing spin-filled bucket of spit "reality" TV show, the same crap that for some reason passes for journalism and leadership in this country.

I usually like Charlie Gibson, but he was so blatantly trying to trip Palin up in this interview it made him and ABC look silly and desperate to me. It seemed more like he was administering an oral test to a student. Could his voice be any lower? He was so ultra serious and depressed I almost didn't recognize him. Did someone die? I thought she did a great job, and liked that she kept saying his name "Charlie". It worked well.
I can't believe anyone would like her, she is TRULY FRIGHTENING! Perez keep exposing her, if she makes VP and something happens to McCain god help us all!

Christian Scientists say Global warming is a myth, it is a natural cyclic motion of the earth. Essentially, only God can destroy the planet not mankind. She finally caved and say we contribute but she stops short of saying we can destrpy the earth. Her Explanation on Russia was also laughable. If there's an Evangelical or Christian Scientist on here that disagrees, please step forward. I think a few times she just didn´t have anything else to say (like when it comes to the fact that Israel might invade Iran). Also, she could not give him a straight answer when he asked about her comment when she was in church…she couldn´t even remember if she had said that!!! Plus, what about Russia?? Did anything she said was even relevant to the questio asked?
But I liked the fact that she was firm when she said she was ready for this. And also, I do think Charlie was going a little bit strong on her, he kept coming back to some questions so it would look like she did not answered him.
Anyway…I think this race became more interesting when she was picked. not because she is a woman, but because the world didn´t know who she was and by picking her, McCain basically said it was a mistake for Obama not to pick Hillary. He´s a good player.

Dangers of the Bush Doctrine:
Now the Bush Doctrine is what got us in Iraq. It's premise is that we will innititae PRE emptive strikes against any country we find threatening, now that is counter what the UN stands for which is open discussion and debates BEFORE action is taken. The problem is if we stick to this stance then other countries AND terrorists will also feel inclined to strike us in order to prempt our preemption… make sense? Now Bush convinced us there were WMD's …none was found so now its being sold to us that we liberated a country problem is THE REST OF THE WORLD was told the US is there b/c of unshakeable proof that So damn insane had WMD's. We invaded a sovereign country, brutal dictator or not for unfound reasons than fear therefore we were WRONG for being there to begin w. Now we can be proactive in protecting ourselves HOWEVER since WMD's were NOT found we have to be 100% before pulling that stunt again and it's scary to think of other countries taking the same stance and target us using the same operatingmethodology of C student Bush.

Charles Gibson was a complete jerk in this interiew. He would never treat Obama, Biden or McCain for that matter like this. And he was very ill prepared. What can you expect though, I wish for an unbiased media. As for the God's will thing, have any of you even read her FULL quote? Charles Gibson obviously did not. As for the Bush Doctrine, does anyone on here know what is even is? It is not a simple matter and when Gibson asked her if she agreed with it, she asked what part. This does NOT mean she does not know what it is.
Watched the interview last night… had my thoughts. Re-watched it again today… and now I'm realizing, this woman is crazed. She is nothing but a female George W. Bush. To the people who support her and claim they "love her"… can I ask why? Seriously. Give me one legitimate reason why you love this woman. What I see in her I plain don't like. I know that some call me paranoid and that's fine, but she'll be a heartbeat away from the oval office. No offense to the AARP set, but McCain is no spring chicken and if something were to happen, she's next in line. I have no confidence in her. Her interview, IMO, was awful. I actually wanted her to be awesome, but I saw someone who is very ignorant to foreign affairs. And right now, we need someone who is sure and confident. Such as her promoting abstinence only education despite repeated studies showing that to be an utter failure in preventing unsafe sexual activity. She's anti corruption and is under investigation for using her political position to have her brother in law unfairly dismissed. She wants to head the federal education system and believes the earth is 6000 years old. She's too right wing and a hypocrite. So, again I too want a leader who is strong but I don't believe that could be her.
BTW, if you start a war with Russia, you will loose. Period. It's the biggest country in the world, they have nukes, and there is no way other European countries would bother supporting a war against them over tiny unsignificant Georgia. We got enough of this kind of global war bullshit during WWI and II, and we won't go there again.
So be careful who you elect because you might end up getting invaded by Russia in the end… I'm just saying…

You can tell that a.) She wants a war with Russia or as a matter of fact anyone. b.) she doesn't know what the Bush doctrine really is (she went along with what he did in the past rather than knowing what it is. c.) doesn't truly understand US/Israeli policy (let them do what they want …).
