These cunts need to shut the fuck up! disrespecting a national hero and war veteran, and what the fuck does that ignoramus Whoopi mean is she going to have to be a slave again?? that is beyond insulting what a FUCKING ASS!
I thought the way they treated him today was despicable. I don't care who he was, he was a guest and should have been treated with the respect due him as such. Babs wouldn't shut up long enough to let him finish a sentence, and Whoopi and Joy looked smug and winked at each other constantly. I was embarrassed for all of them for their lack of professionalism. They are entitled to ask whatever questions they want but they should ask them respectfully and then be courteous enough to let the guest answer without interrupting. And for Babs to bring up the "number of houses they own" again was sophomoric journalism and way beneath someone of her stature in the business. Cindy handled it with great dignity and nicely put Babs in her place. Good for her. I'm not a 100% McCain supporter but I have to say that he was impressive for keeping his composure, dignity, and not resorting to sarcasm when those bats got out of line. I was especially disappointed in Whoopi, because of all of them she was the one I felt would be the most open minded. I didn't see that in her today.
I don't even know why he went on this show, they're all a bunch of Liberals and just want to make you look bad. Thank god for Hassleback, they need another Republican Women on that show so they aren't a bunch of savage wolves attack Elisabeth.

Look what we got when we chose Bush in 2004. Think about how this team operates and distracts us from concrete issues. Iraq was going terribly in 04 and the whole house of cards that they had constructed was crumbling, but OH NO, don't vote against Bush becasue the Democrats are pussies. Please. When I was watching the clips I was thinking, now those are pit bulls with lipstick. But it was ok and McCain handled himself with dignity as usual. Babwa Waltews was indignant. Whoopi asked a couple of good questions. The other black lady (Sherry I think, not sure of her name) I don't think said more then one thing, but she was respectful. Joy wasn't as vocal as she was on Larry King the other night, but who is she? Elizabeth didn't get to ask many questions, but she didn't give him an easy one when she did. All the View ladies seemed ok, tough, but that's fine. McCain answered all their questions and did a great job. Now, let's see if they do get Barack Hussein on their show. He's hiding from McCain for a year.

What I meant by "boring" is that it was a one-issue panel that was 90 minutes long. What I got out of it is that Judy Woodruff would have pilloried McCain for saying that America is the greatest country on Earth and she repeatedly tried to bait him into saying it. When Obama said it, he got a pass. Also, it appears Obama is in favor of making civilian service mandatory for young people and he plans to subsidize it much like the military does now with the GI Bill, as well as possibly making "Service Czar" or some such title a Cabinet post and have the whole thing administrated by the government. John McCain is also in favor of young people serving their communities in a civilian role, and would subsidize it but not make it mandatory and would keep it separate from the government.

Laws are introduced by the legislature, which you must know is currently controlled by Democrats. The President can only sign or veto a law once it passes both houses of legislature.

People think being forced to recite the words "under God" is equivalent to freedom. I don't know what kind of logic they can support that argument with, but any reasonable person should be able to step back from their selfishness and say, "I understand that some people don't believe in my God and as such they shouldn't have to proclaim that they do." This isn't a case that will RESTRICT people from saying "under God" or from praying or anything of the sort, it merely is trying to establish that it is not a rule that everybody must do this.

I haven't watched this and from the comments on here, seems I don't need to. I heard a brief snippet on the radio and all I could hear was Barbara talking over every answer he was trying to give. That show never ceases to make my blood boil.
This interview just made me love McCain even more! I am voting for Obama but I was absolutely disgusted at how disrespectful these supposedly professional newswomen were to this man. Every one is entitled to their opinion but no one should be treated like this man was treated, who gave up his valuable time to come to their show. They are just a bunch of old wind bags, full of hot air and I think they are doing a disservice to American voters by not asking the tough questions in a calm, respectfull manner.

I really don't see the point in bringing up over and over again that he is a war veteran. Sure, it's amazing and I respect the fact he did that, but in the end. The fact that he served his country in this way is not really that relevant in terms of if he is capable to lead the US, and represent everyone in it. He is and remains conservative and seperates himself from very substantial issues and chooses to follow many of the same ideas as the Bush administration which has led to the situation the entire world is now in! I personally do not see how this man can lead the US and turn all it's problems around and represent all it's inhabitants. And I have even bigger problems to believe someone like Sarah Palin can, because of comments she made and the sheer lack of competence she shows in recent interviews.

Which is exactly why McCain uses God every sentence he utters! Because it feeds into exactly what a certain part of America wants to hear. Certain parts are these perfect, god-loving and god-fearing people, which is fine in itself. But a LARGE portion of this country isn't. Based on the fact that the bible as a document has perfect basic groundrules but simply can not be used word for word in today's society since it was written 2000 YEARS AGO! We need to move with the times! Ad the fact that you bring this up is even more reason for people who have any other beliefs then the christan belief to be worried about this man becoming president. There was no tie between Al-Qaida and Iraq, Iraq did not have weapons of mass destruction. Yet Bush used every opportunity he had to keep mentioning it. Making people believe his lies and make them afraid, so afraid that they eventually supported his decision, then, when it was all too late and the damage was done, his lies were revealed!
