The Primetime Creative Arts Emmy Awards were handed out in Los Angeles on Saturday and two of our fave funny ladies picked up awards!
For the second year in a row, Kathy Griffin: My Life on the D-List won the outstanding reality series.
And, Sarah Silverman picked up the original music and lyrics Emmy for her Jimmy Kimmel Live musical number, I’m Fucking Matt Damon.
Kathy didn’t kick up too much controversy this year.
When she won last year, she got lots of shizz for saying, “Suck it, Jesus. This award is my God now,” onstage.
This year, Kathy went with, “Well, well, well, here we are again fuckers, here we are again. I thank you so much, I’m not going to tell anybody to suck it.”
A heavily edited version of the award show will air September 20th on E!.
Well done, Kathy and Sarah!
