Kanye West may escape a felony conviction.

Based on the video footage, the only thing Kanye busted during his paparazzi ‘attack’ last Thursday was a flash worth less than $400.

According to California law, one cannot be slapped with felony vandalism for less than $400.

However, his partner in the attack (his road manager) may be facing felony charges.

The roadie was captured on tape busting the body of the pap’s camera, which is valued at more than $400.

We bet they settle this before it even goes to court!
