Adrianne Curry is speaking out again!

The reality TV star and deep thinker is responding to the comments she made about Hurricane Ike in a blog post titled "Hurricane Victims pay for their own rescues?".

On Monday, Curry once more took to her blog, this time saying:

"People took LSD and read my Hurricane blog

It's the only way they could have seen words I didn't type! I have been accused of having no heart, and wanting people to die! I never once said that. My own flesh and blood, my brother, lives in Florida. He tries to ride out stroms too. Guess what? I think he is a dumbass for it, and should pay if he ever has to be rescued. This is my own BROTHER, why would I think BETTER of the folks I don't even know!

Picture this, firefighters swarm my home and inform me if I do not leave I will die..In 3 days, I will be swallowed by an inferno of death and flames. Can you imagine me saying "You know what guys? I think I'm gonna hunker down here, I'm a California girl now…I can make it through this!"??? Would you feel super terrible for me when I dial 911 minutes later screaming to be saved? Sure you would, that makes you human…but shouldn't I have to pay for my rescue when I was warned? Not many people try to live through the burning of their homes here, sounds stupid right? What is the difference in a hurricane? Do you know how many times my friends have left their homes, only to find out the fire died out or changed direction? That doesn't mean they wont leave the next time! Wouldn't you think we were a bunch of MORONS if you saw us hunkered down in our homes, doing shots, and refusing to leave out of pride?

I would NEVER want a person to die…EVER. I NEVER said it, and I am sorry for those who dropped acid and mushrooms before they read what I had to say and make believed they saw it. I even had a girl wish DEATH on me! Some people make me ashamed to be human! Today on the news, I saw islanders BEGGING for help. My heart gopes out to them…However, when the news reporter asked them why in God's name they would stay on a SAND BAR island when told they would most certainly die, did they stay…..they said "because this is my home, I am an islander"! Are you fucking serious? These people put themselves, their children, and families in harms way! Now they are begging to be shipped out, why didn't they leave in the first place???????????????? There is NO logic and NO reason behind these arguements. It is waisting the time of rescue workers, amnd the time of those who have to clean it up. Like we wont have to spend a lot of money cleaning up…like their expensive rescues dont add up!! These people are starving and have no water simply because they thought they would STAY on an island issued CERTAIN DEATH warnings…the FIRST the National Weather Service has EVER issued. When you play with Mother Nature, you will get burned."

And she's not even close to being done talking!

CLICK HERE to check out what else Adrianne had to say.

"I could lose EVERYTHING, my home, my car, my records, my paperwork, my passport, trinkets given to me by dead friends and relatives, and every dime I have…as long as In have my health and my family..I will be the richest woman on earth. I know hard work, and I am not afraid to rebuild my life quickly if I lose it all. i am from Tornado Ally. I have MANY friends who lost it all…EVERYTHING..and they got their lives back on track within 1 year of doing nothing but working hard to get there! We are talking F5 tornados, more power than Hurrican Ike had.

Please people, don't put words in my mouth. Do not think I am heartless for questioning the stupid logic of others. I say what most people don't have the fucking balls to say…and I am not ashamed of it. In national parks, if you fail to follow park rules and need rescued because of it, you are billed.

People say they cant get gas…they have experienced it before. Guiess what? if an earthquake hits and we have to get out of here, we have GAS CANS in our garage FULL of gas for this VERY reason! PREPARE PEOPLE! I have food and water stock piled in my kitchen to ensure I will live. We have gone through plans together on what we would do, where we would go, how we would meet up, defend ourselves…you name it, we have gone through it! If you KNOW a natural disastor can hit you…P L A N! I would rather sit through 26 hours of traffic then risk my death. I have weapons for anyone who thinks they will take me out of my car…food to last me for MORE than a few weeks…PREPARE.

Might I suggest for anyone living in a hurricane prone zone to have gas cans full of gas in their garage….food stock piled…etc. Make a PLAN with your family, run through it a few times. Think of EVERY SINGLE THING that can be thrown at you in times of crisis and PREPARE! THAT makes sense.

My heart DOES go out to all the people out of homes. I hope you all can rebuild your lives quickly. I am sure 2 years down the line you can look back and be PROUD of how you not only survived, but got your shit back together! I have faith in humanity when it comes to working hard to gain things back for themselves. Maybe the Katrina victims, after three years, have worked hard enough to afford a apartment…and can give their temp living to those who are in need from Ike? I don't know. I would say three years of government aid is ALOT. I know the Tornado victims don't get that much where I am from, and they suffer the same, if not worse devestation as Hurrican victims. I don't have the answers for any of this. I am not a heartless bitch. If I stayed in my home after warnings of certain death…and then needed rescue, I would expect to foot that bill. I would expect my own MOM to do it, I expect my brother in Florida to do it….why wouldn't I expect the same from everyone else?"

She's the one to talk. You mean (all forum people too) that if you made a mistake that you should pay or die because everyone warned you the first time. Adrianne Curry has been making mistakes and not listening to people for a long time and we still give her another chance and pay her too. Something is wrong here!

  2. 202

    She is complettly right.
it's really not fair to assume things about her.
and frankly, why should we, the midwestern tax payer have our money wasted on resuces that could've been avoided. a home is nothing more than a house, your home is your family, is safety.
and the people who ignored "certain Death" warnings so they could stay in the homes are not thinking rationally. Even if they do manage to live through it, the island will be destroyed, their home will be underwater.
I mean, are they under some impression that if they stay, somehow the storm will forget about there house? they are idiots

  3. 203

Look perez give it a rest! She is entitled to her opinion and I agree with her! I live in FL and have for 23 years and people are stupid as fuck to stay when they are TOLD to leave. It's their own fault and stupidity for staying so why should rescue workers risk their lives for idiots?? Also why should I as a tax payer, pay for this shit. It's ridiculous and if you read her posts and I mean actually READ them you would see she NEVER said they should die! I love her blogs and read them more often than your site lately. You nit pick on people you really know nothing about. She is very opinionated and I love that about her. You do it a childish way.

  4. 204

Sorry, but she's totally right. I was watching the news the other day and was appalled at the rescrue efforts (and lives being put in danger) to rescue all the people who REFUSED to evacuate. Can you imagine how those firefighters, etc. must feel knowing they are risking their lives to save people who just didn't want to listen and stayed in their homes, despite the warnings? How is it fair that these people CHOSE to stay where they were, yet those choices are now putting the lives of others in danger? I think Ms.Curry is actually being polite… my first thought was… LET THEM SIT! I'm not a bitch either.. but I'll be damned if other people should have to risk their lives to save the dumb fucks who REFUSED TO LEAVE. Other people's dumb choices should not endanger or cost other people. RIGHT ON ADRIENNE!

  5. 205

She's got a valid point and people have to realize where she was raised you have to evacuate and you can lose everything… i'm from joliet too and trust me… You can lose everything from a tornado…. I actually totally agree with her viewpoints… She may not have the best way with words but she's right.

  6. 206

i agree…but here is my thing…did people say that AFTER KATRINA!? no! people in N.O. were told to leave. instead of critizing them, they held a telethon. i live in houston and the country is already "OVER" Ike. we are still in the middle of it here! TEXANS aren't whiners though the the attention towards our despiration will quickly fade.

  7. 207

I am from Houston, and my area was one of the areas close to Galveston. You know, Houston has their shit together. They told those in the worst areas to get out, and that if they chose to stay that they would be on their own. I totally agree with Adrien, they are morons for staying. Why put yourself and rescuers in danger cause you are an idiot. The day the hurricane hit they showed soem stupid ass lady in Galveston with two young children. She told the news crew "I am staying so i can teach my children how vicious a storm can be, also if i leave my home it might not be here when i get back". Well, what a dip shit. This shows the mentallity of the idiots that stayed.

  8. 208

this girl has no idea what its like. since living in LALA land, how can you expect her to know what its like for those poor people who DONT have anywhere else to go, or more likely, have no money to get there. im not saying its a smart thing to try to ride out a hurricane, but for most of these people, its damned if you do, damned if you dont. so she has to realize that people who don't have money like her, or resources like her, sometimes dont have a choice and its NOT because theyre being stupid and staying on an island.

  9. 209

Ya know what? People need to stop bashing her. She is very intelligent and is exactly right!

  10. 210

She's right! Those people who purposely ignored the warnings to leave are idiots.

  11. 211

It doesn't matter if she has had to EVER evacuate. Everything she is saying makes absolute sense.

  12. 212

Aww geez, Perez, cut her some slack. What she is saying is not so stupid. Those people that were told to leave and didn't, knowing there would be no services to save their ignorant asses, do deserve to have to pay for their own rescues…why is it the taxpayers problem to pay for stupidity?

  13. 213

Ms. Curry is absolutely correct! I grew up in PR, I have experienced the wrath of hurricane Hugo and my family survived hurricane Georges. A hurricane is nothing to be tested, nothing to be played with, nothing to underestimate. For the ones that ignored the warnings: If people listen, prepare and react ON TIME, a lot of things can be avoided. For real, you saw what happened after Katrina! You should have learned from that! If they are providing you transportation, shelter and food…Why in the hell do you stay in a place that is not safe? How dare you have the nerve to get upset and demand help, when it was your poor judgement the one that put you in the situation that you are in now! Bet you'll listen next time (or maybe not, there are always some dumbasses that like to test their limits). To the ones that have been affected by Ike and are at no fault of their own: My prayers are with you.

  14. 214

I have lived in Louisiana all my life so I’ve experienced MANY hurricanes… I think she makes a point in evacuating when you’re told so you protect your life and others lives but at the same time hurricanes aren’t predictable.. do you think if people who live in New Orleans knew that Katrina would cause the levee would break they would have chosen to stay at their homes?? And should they have to pay damages when the reason they had home damage was because of a shitty levee.. For Gustav, Baton Rouge was hit hard.. our city was shut down for days. No one had power, people needed gas and food, stores were letting 5 or 10 people in at a time and checking them out with a calculator so people could get what they needed.. we weren’t told to evacuate and we still had major damages like trees through homes and deaths.. I have so many friends that have 4 or 5 trees down some on their house like one who has one through her kitchen, plus friends who went without power for almost two weeks.. I think she should live through a couple major hurricanes and then she can say whatever she wants about them.. I mean I don’t talk about what people should do about earthquakes because I don’t know what it’s like.. same thing.. i know you are warned but about hurricanes and earthquakes are random but in both there are people to save and other issues to deal with..

  15. 215

She's absolutely right. Thank God there are still a few people out there who don't give a fuck about political correctness. You act like an idiot, you should have to pay consequences like an idiot.

  16. 216

adrienne is right! stop picking on her

  17. 217

    i think she is right.

  18. 218

    KUDOS, Adrianne!

  19. 219

I agree with her 100%. I was thinking the SAME thing last Friday when even after all those warnings were issued, there were reports of so many people ignoring the warnings and CHOSING to stay to face what the National Weather Service was calling "certain death". Its just beyond wrong that after being given such a harsh warning, they chose to stay and then expect others to risk their lives to save them.

  20. 220

I completely agree. I have said for years that people who ignore state warnings telling people to leave should be fined. It's not fair that rescue workers have to risk their lifes b/c people decided to stay in harms way. Use common sense people, the warnings are only there to help save you. I would never risk my life and expect sympathy if I ignored DAYS AND DAYS of evacuations. STUPIDDD

  21. 221

Re: * angie * – You must be high if we care about your opinion! STFU!

  22. 222

Re: jessicacaca – If you would read, she was talking about the people who were told to evacuate…

  23. 223

I was told to evacuate but I missed the bus taking care of my sick and elderly grandparents, my car broke down so I couldn't get anywhere…when I finally borrowed someones car (wout permission) the gas stations were out of gas, so I was stuck. So should I have died then? Also, my parents live in Cuba and there is no where to evacuate to. Thanks for your fabulous advice, Adrianne save the world Curry!

  24. 224

isnt the job of a rescue worker to save the lives of those in danger even if it puts their life at risk..

  25. 225

Go Adrienne! I agree w/her 100%! Glad at least one celebrity has a little bit of sense and the guts to speak the truth. (Most Americans are thinking the same thing. They are just too scared to say it (or write it) out loud.

  26. 226

fuck her i live in houston was told not to leave cause of where i live and by the grace of GOD i'm alive and have power many dont who were told not to leave cause of where they live instead of opening your mouth about something you dont understand if you have no compassion SHUT UP ASSHOLE and if you understand or have compassion your prayers are wonderful and if you can help like me and many other houstonians you can help where was people complaining about katrina victims not leaving oh no poor new orleans lets help so parts of texas leveled and its oh well you can help yourself…. at least i can say me and my neighbors are helping each other what are you doing for your fellow countrymen and women

  27. 227

    I totally agree with her!

  28. 228

I can't even believe that someone that has never even lived in a hurricane zone would think they have the right to comment.. How ignorant!! She was on my myspace friends list until she wrote a blog about how she did not have to talk to her fans and blah blah blah.. Wow cocky huh.. She is no celeb she is ignorant and a moron.. She needs to get off her pedestal.. She has no idea about what she is talking about like usuall.. I feel bad for Chris Knight he has to live with that skank!

  29. 229

    Re: momtoall

Hahahaha… seriously? You're SERIOUSLY asking me that? lol Uh maybe my company is my shelter for which they have power running off of generators? Duh… See how quick you were to ASSume? I never claimed to have lost MY car or MY home… but my sisters home was damaged. I surveyed a lot of the damage here and many people's homes were destroyed, their cars and yes, even after 3-days, nearly 70'% of us are without power… So does that give you the answer? I've got no reason to lie… this is what it is…

  30. 230

    Re: ARES GIRL

Quit bitching and get out then… it's people like you who make me sick! You're one of those who help and expect something in return… you're a waste of human life! Get the f*** out of Galveston then… we need real help… not those that bitch and complain… I bet you're not even out there helping… you're probably posting acting like you put in the work when you've been sitting behind your PC all day!

  31. 231

    Re: ARES GIRL

Your damn right I am going to jump your ass! If you live here then you know all too well about Rita… if you didn't then you were one of the people stuck on a highway for 20 hours or more… If you live here then you know Brazoria county was called to evacuate first within PLENTY of time.. not Galveston. They gave Galveston 24 freakin hours to leave… so what? They could flee and get stuck ont he highway at the time the hurricane hit? Were you on the same Houston freeways I was on? B/c if you were, then you knew how jam packed they were… from people evacuating. I do not agree with the people staying but I also understand why they MIGHT HAVE!!! Take your self righteous bullshit somewhere else… if you're going to complain about helping… DO NOT DO IT THEN!!!!

  32. 232

In ending let me say this… I am proud of Texas… no, I am damn proud of HOUSTON!!!! Even those who are without, are here trying to help others while we DON'T COMPLAIN about it while some others do… Screw those who think we're ass out… we take care of our own here! It's our right to have rescue crews here to assist those who stayed behind! I have to applaud the efforts of those who are out there risking their lives whether it be saving those in Galveston or hell, moving a big tree from a house… it comes in many forms! It's Houstonians who have come out and assisted each other… oh and many thanks to the power crews who came from around the nation to fix the power issue here. Someone posted earlier that all of our power was almost back on… lmao Um 67% isn't almost girl! That's more than half of the 4 million in population here w/out power… do the math. If you're from another city or state and came to help, thank you… for those of you praying for us, thank you… for those of you who remain positive and supportive… thank you… the rest of you who think you know what this is like, bring your butts down here and help! Come see this for yourself!

Re: Ninka – you, like everyone she is responding to, are not reading the words as they appear on the screen. She is not saying that she is better than the people who disregard certain death warnings…. SHE IS SAYING THEY SHOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR THE RESCUE EFFORTS MADE. just like someone having to pay for an ambulance to give you a ride to the hospital, one should have tp pay for a specialized rescue team that PUTS THEIR OWN LIVES AT RISK to save someone who was fully warned of the coming disaster.

  34. 234

Re: Tango – you, like everyone she is responding to, are not reading the words as they appear on the screen. 36. 236

Re: cassiej – you are retarded. why get all huffy when a celeb doesn't want to talk to her fans… for Christ's sakes I don't even want to talk to my family and friends sometimes…. i couldn't imagine being expected to remain courteous and polite to "fans" when all they seem to do is inundate your inbox with stupid questions and lame anecdotes. You're fuckin lame if you got butt-hurt about that shiz.

  37. 237

Re: MaryTT – yes it is because they are stupid. and you are stupid as well.

  38. 238

I live in southern louisiana, and i did evacuate my family for hurricane Gustav..all at my own expense. A 3 hr ride took 12 hrs. They would not let us exit the interstate..if you ran out of gas or broke down you were just stranded..this is the reason soo many don't evacuate..not everyone can withstand that type of ride. If you needed a restroom you were out of luck all u could do was pull off on the median and use it on the side of the road. Imagine the elderly in this type of situation. No one should judge these people that stayed..we don't know their situations..if you want to be treated with compasion in hard times then that is how you should treat others.

  39. 239

I want to know the $ amount that gets spent on bullshit b/c of all these celebrities..i bet it's WAY more than what is spent on the rescue efforts in natural disasters..come on people we are funding this useless war..but ya'll are going to bitch about people in our own country being helped…WTF????

  40. 240

She's an ignorant bitch. She's obviously never had to evacuate from anywhere. Re: lick – And just because people don't evacuate like they are told to means they don't deserve to be rescued? You're ignorant to.

  41. 241

I hate Adriene but I agree with her fully! I live in Florida and if I was given fair warning days before hand that this hurricane would be huge you bet I had a plan to get the fudge out! I stayed in a small tropical storm which even that small scared the hell out of me enough for me to learn to leave next time. I do however, think that if hurricane came out of the blue then that's a different story. I'm sure all these people were warn unless they don't own a tv, radio or can't read a newspaper.

  42. 242

    Re: antboy
Oh really?? .. I can only assume that people in Texas and probably yourself don't own a television? For some odd reason myself (in Florida) and I'm sure thousands of other people including Texas happen to know Ike was heading towards Texas at the end of the week. Isn't it odd though that half of Texas manage to evacuate in a timely manner. So, tell me how were you not warned again? Keep in mind it was on the news for weeks.

  43. 243

    Re: blondie1979
Even if they said you don't need to evactuate and that your in a safe place anyone with some common sense would've left regardless. People don't know how mother nature is going to turn out so why take the risk.. you are in the same state that is going to be hit by Ike so get out.

  44. 244

well people need to remember what happened when Texas evacuated for i think it was hurricane rita..there were more deaths on the evacuation route than from the actual storm..these texans didn't forget that..they seen first hand the horrors of evacuating..maybe florida does something different in how they evacuate that all other states could learn from but as of now that isn't the case. Evacuating is not as easy as just jump in a car and drive. In one hour we had only drove 3 miles when we evacuated for Gustav..and also had not even drove a mile in 45 min..EVACUATING is NOT an easy thing..many people fear being trapped on the road for the storm.

  45. 245

Seriously? Seriously?? Why are we even being forced to pay attention to her. I pretty much live in Houston and I don't recall EVER hearing the NWS issue a "Certain Death Warning" in the 9,089 hours of news I watched leading to and following this damn hurricane. Yep…they were dumb for not leaving. Shut up though.

  46. 246

i know she is normally a dick head, but i think she has a bloody good point!!!!
It makes me slightly sad to say so, but sometimes i think you americans just never fucking learn!!! Let me explain….
I live in England, where EVERY house is built of stone and has at least EIGHT feet foundations holding it to the earth, and we dont even have exotic weather like hurricanes!!! Yet every year there is at least one massive hurricane in america, and every year the news covers the devistation of whole towns been blown away… how many times does your crappy wooden house have to get completly destroyed before you learn to build better houses more suited to your weather patterns?????????????
On the extreme rare occasions england has been battered by hurricane winds, no ones house fell down!!! The roof may have slipped, but not one single house actually blew away. This just goes to show, if wooden houses continue to blow away, USE STONE YOU COCKS! If the weather people say your all gonna die if you dont evacuate, well then, just fucking evacuate!!!!

  47. 247

Everyone was NOT under mandatory evacuations. Up and down Bolivar Peninsula, to High Island didn't have mandatory evacuations. And, it takes 36 hrs. to evacuate Galveston. 36hrs. was Wed. when we thought the storm was going to hit 150 miles north of here! And, many areas in the Gulf Coast have to wait until Galveston evacuates, so that we don't have another Rita! So before you get on your fucking high horse, read the fucking facts first. This storm was huge! And, not everyone was told to evacuate, and now there is devastation everywhere! From Houston to Galveston! Even in those places they said NOT to evacuate!
