For those of you that didn't like the Charlie Gibson interview or didn't get enough out of her……
Katie Couric will be accompanying Governor Sarah Palin on the campaign trail from Sunday September 28th to Tuesday September 30th.
It's part of an exclusive interview for the CBS Evening News with Katie Couric.
In addition to the interview and documenting Palin's travels, the show will include behind-the-scenes footage as Palin battles for some of the states stil sitting on the fence. Couric will conduct her interview just days prior to the Vice Presidential debate between Palin and Senator Joe Biden in St. Louis on Thursday October 2nd.
We wonder what Couric might uncover!

Obama's tax increases on the so-called "rich" will slow the economy and maybe even throw us into a deep recession or depression. He knows this, but doesn't care. He needs your middle-class vote and wants to get elected. He'll say anything to do it. Here's a briefer in Economics 101:
1) The "rich" create jobs in this country. (duh!) When their taxes go up, companies will cut jobs and benefits first in order to make their numbers for their stockholders. Without these tax incentives, (Thanks to Dem Bill Clinton signing NAFTA) the "rich" will also send even more jobs overseas for cheaper labor in order to be able to make a profit. The current tax cuts incentivizes the companies keeps those jobs here in the USA. Capitalsim allows you have the means (a job) to put food on your table. Watch the unemployment rate SKYROCKET on Obama's watch.
Economics 101: Obama's REAL ECONOMIC PLAN.
Why should rich pay more? The rich already pay nearly all the taxes in this country. As it stands, what the "middle-class" or poor contibutes is peanuts.
But don't worry, you'll still pay more, even if it doesn't directly come out of your paycheck. The so-called "rich" ($250,00/year is hardly rich) will find other ways to pass the buck to you. Most people making this much as small-business owners. You like paying more for your gas and food? Under Obama, expect to pay even more. Get ready for inflation like you've never seen before. The "rich' will find a way to make their buck because they own the businesses. You'll be paying more than you ever dreamed of for those items at Wal-mart or at your local grocery store.

You like that house you live in? You think it's a nice investment, right? Because if you sell it, you might even make a little profit. Not under OBAMA! Obama wants to almost DOUBLE the Capitol Gains tax. So instead of giving 17% of your profit from the sale of you home to the government, you be giving the government close to 30% of your proift. Have you heard of Obama's PAYROLL tax? He is going to tax companies for paying their employees a decent salary. That's insane! So, if a company or business wants to pay you $100,000/year because they think you're worth it…Obama is going to tax them for it! Capitol Gains Under Obama Part 2:
You know how Obama wants to double Capital gains tax on homeowners who want to sell their homes for profits. Well, don't think you are going to be able to invest in the stock market to make a little extra money for retirement. Because Obama is going to stick you with the Capital Gains tax there too for any money you make in stocks. He's going to take double the going rate. Because 401Ks don't cover retirement anymore and because pensions are a thing of the past, stocks are one area where people still invest to pay for their retirement. So if Obama gets into office, don't plan on retiring, you may have to work all the way up to the day you die.
Think you are going to inherit a little money when your parents or your Grandparents die? Maybe you'll even inherit the family business. Well, under Obama, good luck! Anything you inherit, kiss it goodbye! Obama plans to take 50% of whatever your inheritance is. So everything your parents worked hard for and already paid taxes on once, will get taxed again when they die. But congrats, under Obama, you may get to keep half!

My husband is and always has been a far better parent than me. He did most of the "kid management" while I did most of the household management. And we were both pursuing careers.
