The finally took a break from staging fake paparazzi shots!
And, they’re actually doing some good!
Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag paid a visit too the Children’s Hospital of Orange County on Tuesday.
Do 8-year-olds even watch The Hills????
The paparazzi-loving duo happily posed for pics with all the kids. As usual, they brought along their own photographer.
And, they were interviewed by Ryan Seacrest, who was broadcasting his radio show from there for the day.
Not bad for a day of “helping others”!
