The celebuspawn brat was snapped at an LA Teen Vogue event sporting her newly dyed hair on Thursday.
The red does look better than the black.
We'll give her that!

Very nice color on her, I must say. Her younger sister Tallulah is GORGEOUS, but shade of red is totally working for Rumor.
She's got pretty eyes, nice skin…she's not the worst looking celeb on earth Perez! and you're one to judge! You're not the most attractive person either…i'd say nothing over a 4! And that's being generous!
I think she looks good.
It's because her jaw bone grew too much that makes her entire face look rather odd. It can be fixed by by an oral surgeon who could removed part of the bone thus shortening her jaw line. It isnt an easy surgery as her jaw would have to be wired shut for about 6 weeks but it would vastly improve her looks.
I like the red! You look great Rumer; don't let Mr. Saggums get you down.

What gets me most about her face is not her chin so much as her weird nose. It's like her mom's nose tried to grow on that face but halfway through it realized where it was and then tried to retreat.

The red looks nice! I like this girl. There was an article out where she said she was upset with her jaw. She should embrace it! We are all unique and shouldn't nit pick ourselves or each other on how we look. We should just be happy to be alive.

She's a young girl trying to be sexy so I cut her some slack but I saw her on Letterman the other night and I was struck by how ungrateful she was to have a peaceful childhood in Idaho and didn't even thank David Letterman for being on his show. Letterman kept joking about how boring it must be for her to meet him and she just giggled and made a funny face. She's young and her life has been pretty easy. She doesn't know any better and it shows.
