A friend of cancer-stricken British reality icon Jade Goody revealed to The Sun that although close, fighting cancer is not the star’s worst nightmare, it’s “dying and leaving her children.”
The insider also revealed that Jade’s chemotherapy treatment will take about a year, as opposed to just the few months she expected.
The star had been praying that her chemo would only take six to nine weeks so she could again care fully for sons Bobby, five, and Freddie, three.
The friend went on to say, “She├óΓé¼Γäós really, really upset. Jade is really worried that she will feel so ill and weak that she won├óΓé¼Γäót be able to look after the boys or do anything.├óΓé¼┬¥
In a previous interview Jade dedicated her battle against the disease to her sons, but admitted, “I have to be realistic and face the possibility I might not see them grow up.”
The paper saying that her survival rate is 50/50.
So sad.
Stay strong, Jade.
