McCain Suspends Campaigning - Wants To Postpone Debate!!!!

The situation on Wall Street is beginning to look so bleak that John McCain has called for a temporary suspension of his campaign in order to return to Washington and address the President and Congress.
He's also requested postponing the presidential debate scheduled for Friday.
Scared????
With this being one of the most explosive and expensive presidential races to date, McCain's decision could jeopardize his standing as debates are an important platform for candidates to express their policies and appeal to the public.
McCain explains himself thusly:
"America this week faces an historic crisis in our financial system. We must pass legislation to address this crisis. If we do not, credit will dry up, with devastating consequences for our economy. People will no longer be able to buy homes and their life savings will be at stake. Businesses will not have enough money to pay their employees. If we do not act, every corner of our country will be impacted. We cannot allow this to happen….
"It has become clear that no consensus has developed to support the Administration's proposal. I do not believe that the plan on the table will pass as it currently stands, and we are running out of time.
"Tomorrow morning, I will suspend my campaign and return to Washington after speaking at the Clinton Global Initiative. I have spoken to Senator Obama and informed him of my decision and have asked him to join me….
"We must meet as Americans, not as Democrats or Republicans, and we must meet until this crisis is resolved. I am directing my campaign to work with the Obama campaign and the commission on presidential debates to delay Friday night's debate until we have taken action to address this crisis."

But while McCain's announcement seems like a noble re-prioritizing, you have to wonder what happened to the "I don’t believe we’re headed into a recession” statement he uttered not too long ago, as well as his general stance on limited government business regulations.
The developing economic crisis is worrying and with folks' tunes changing and election time drawing close, things are getting tricky!
Obama has not yet responded.

I have 3 sisters who are lesbians and a step daughter who is a lesbian, and I have many very lovable gay male friends.
I visit Perez becauze I do appreciate ALL people and My stance…on Not agreeing with Gay marriages stands because I believe in The Holy Bible and even if people I know and love are gay, it doesn't mean I agree with their lifestyle or agree that a marriage should be between the same sexes. You have your opinion and beliefs and so do I. I can actually love all people and accept all people and STILL hang on to my own beliefs and what I believe should be the laws of the land and of our God. MOST gay people are not genetically born gay, but out of selfiness and lusting, decide to become gay. I have one sister as such. Who advice you on your career path was way wrong just cause you need to be able to objectively detach from your views and identify the subject that needs help by your kind of job. When you are blocked from views, from science (for God sake), you might have a person looking for help who is hearing voices and you might choose to take him to church so he/she gets an exorcism over taking a doctor to get proper medication.
I can type here and type all the wrong thing you can do in your profesion just by having that radical view. Not to say that you share them with someone like me at work and if you get a respectable position you can get screwed over so fucking easy.
What would happen is someone there who is dying of Aids who happens to be gay goes to your office and ask for help? What are you going to answer "Don't worry you are about to die and go to hell?"

This has turned into a debate regarding my belief in that Gays should not marry..and you have turned it into..that I must hate Gays and all people and can not objectively do my job……I am amazed at your level of ignorance…
I chose my career because my half brother is Schizophrenic. He can't take a shit without voices telling him what an evil fat loser piece of shit he is. He has no fucking privacy from his thoughts and the voices that he has. He is 27 years old, never had a girlfriend, never had sex, never had a job, can't drive a car..and according to the fucking government he is 100% disabled…..he is a brilliant muscian and artist…and his FUCKING SUCKS……Because his MOTHER and the Government want to throw a disability check at him and say…he's fucked UP and there is no hope for your son..and because we have different mothers..I HAVE NO SAY SO in his level of care…which is what brought me into my profession…
and when I come onto sites like this…I AM NOT A Public service employee…I AM A FUCKING INDIVIDUAL WHO HAS THEIR OWN MIND AND BELIEFS AND CAN VOICE THEM FREELY IN A ARENA SUCH AS THESE….
