Katy Perry Gets High Schoolers Suspended

Or at least getting kids suspended from school!

In Texas, two twirl team members were suspended from a couple of football games for dancing to I Kissed A Girl, the controversial girl-on-girl romp ballad that just won’t go away.

The team performed the dance as part of a pep rally at the school. Teachers found the number inappropriate, but some parents and classmates think that the punishment is unnecessarily harsh. In a sign of solidarity worthy of a cheesy high school flick, the drumline has refused to perform without the twirlers.
