As we showed you this weekend, Angelina Jolie arrived at the premiere of her new movie, Changeling, on Saturday in NYC looking gorgeous. Especially considering that she just gave birth, to twins, about three months earlier!!!
But, reports are now surfacing that the reason Santa Angelina looks so good is due to some well executed and pricey surgery.
Star magazine claims that Ange had been in hiding since the birth of the twins because she was busy getting a tummy tuck and recovering from the operation!
An onlooker at the Changeling premiere says, "Angelina looked drop-dead gorgeous in a tight black strapless Versace dress. My first reaction was, 'Holy cow, how did she get so thin after having twins?'"
So could it have been a tummy tuck?
Sources say that Ange was really worried about the size of her stomach while she was pregnant with her twins, Vivienne and Knox.
An insider adds, "She doesn't like to talk about it or admit it, but Angie told some friends that she had a 'mommy tuck.' She likes the way that sounds better than tummy tuck."

She doesn't seem like the type to do it, but if she did then good for her. I think more people would do it if they could afford it. If your body doesn't look great after having kids, what's wrong with fixing it?

I don't think she did, nor would I care, because she claims that she's not done having children. Whether it's adopted or not, someone's who not done having children should wait to have surgery like that done until they are certain that there won't be anymore births.

Look at the marked difference between the Goddess Angelina, the mother, the Oscar winner, and the shallow, leathery, frivolous and untalented TV actress Aniston. What an upgrade Brad made. The comparison is a bit too cruel isn't it. But hey Aniston deserves all the humiliation coming her way. She marketed herself to be a victim. So there you have it.
I don't think she had surgery (the Star is not exactly the best source of truthful information), and even if she did - so what? She had twins and he wanted a little tuck. Is that really such a big deal?

I have no idea if she did, but I wouldn't be surprised. If I had the money, I'd do it too after 3 kids. Especially if a large part of my income was based on my looks! Its not really the same as other types of cosmetic surgery that try to make you look like something you're not which I don't think she would do.

I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if she did! She already had rhinoplasty, and she's under pressure to live up to this ideal as being one of Hollywood's most beautiful women. Why would she have reservations about having a tummy tuck?

I have no problem with the tummy tuck, I would think that it would have been smarter to wait until she was absolutely 100% done with having biological children though - otherwise, she'll be getting more surgery.

If she did get one, she won't be able to have children of her own anymore…I heard that once a woman has a tummy tuck, they can't get pregnant anymore, cause the stomach won't be able to stretch to support the baby.

You have to recover from a c-section before you can have a tummy tuck. Both takes approximately two months to recover from….just physically.

I'm not surprised that she got a tummy tuck. She's generally very thin, but her body is not very athletic looking, so I doubt she's the exercising type. Besides, I'm sure she's had plastic surgery before, just look at her nose from the Gia days.

What did she expect? You don't stay perfect after having kids unless you work your ass off. Of course you are going to get HUGE with twins. Dumbass, and it wouldn't surprise me in the least if she did have one. I'm baking baby #3 and I don't give a rats ass if I have stretch marks or I'm still heavy afterwards, it's just a part of being pregnant. That's why I work my ass off after my kids are born to get back to pre-pregnancy weight.
It's harder to have biological children after a tummy tuck….I kind of doubt it.

She looks like she's had more than that- after twins, the belly take a long time to go back. Skin can only stretch so far and then it gets "sprung"- loses its natural elasticity. It's why really obese people have to have extra skin removed when they lose a lot of weight- the skin is too stretched to return to normal. Small hernias happen with a lot of pregnancies- let alone twins. Tummy tucks pull those abdominal muscles back together. If her belly is FLAT, she's had a tuck. Her eyes look "refreshed" too unless that picture is airbrushed.
I would file this under the heading "who gives a shit, who gives a fuck."

Honestly! Why do you think there are so many "scheduled c-sections"? Personally, if I had the money, I would have gotten a tummy tuck after the birth of my daughter, because that is the hardest weight to lose, especially if you're not breastfeeding. More power to Angie, because she looks DAMN good!

my daughter is 18 months old. i was 135 when i got preg. i lost 20 lbs in the first 4 months, then only gained 12 lbs..she was only 6lb, 2 oz..now 18 months later..i weigh only 115bs. i also have a 3 yo son and a 12 yo stepson…all this running around after children, i feel is my weight loss
not to mention how nast that tattoo she had down there would look torn up after 3 babies.

At least she is being a Good Mother, Breast Feeding and doing her best to make sure her kids are healthy. In defense of Santa Angelina, I lost ALL the preggo weight plus an extra 10 pounds within 3 months of having my twins - it's the breastfeeding! Although she and I would probably LOVE a tummy tuck to get rid of our "twinskin", I don't think she's had one.

I had a tummy tuck in July. I had had 5 prior c-sects (Angelina has had 2) and when I had asked at the birth of my last child 4 years ago if a tummy tuck could be performed at that time, the MD said NO WAY! A woman is too vascular after birth and it is considered dangerous. He recommended waiting a year and told me to be sure I didn't want to get pregnant again as that would ruin a tummy tuck. So, I highly doubt she had that procedure done at this time. She was slim–skinny!!–before she got pregnant and she is breast-feeding which burns tons of calories. So leave the poor woman alone!!!
