Race-car driver and former Dancing with the Stars champ Helio Castroneves was indicted in Miami last week for allegedly not paying taxes on more than $5 million!

Castronoves, his sister, and his attorney have been accused of using having “an offshore Panamanian shell corporation Seven Promotions to conceal and disguise the true and correct amount of Helio Castroneves’ income from the Internal Revenue Service.”
The race car driver has been banned from leaving the country. But, now, Helio is asking a jude to change his bail condition on the tax charges so he can compete in a race in Australia.
Wait, why should he get special treatment again?
A judge scheduled a hearing to listen to Helio’s request to drive in the October 26th race.
Sure. Let him go to Australia.
We wonder if he’ll be stupid enough to hide any money he makes there.
But Castroneves insists he’s innocent and that it was his tax experts that gave him advice he trusted.
Uh huh!
So, should he be allowed to leave the US?
