the shadow to her right is too extreme considering the lighting in the room, her arms shadow cuts straight up the wall and its very dark while there is no shadow on the bed which if the light was were its photo shopped to be it would have at least created some shadow on the bed.
shes too far away and the room is too dimly lit for that type of shaddow. ither the shadow has been photo shopped in to the picture after Christina was photo shopped in or the photo was taken professionally as you would get that type of harsh lighting in a studio and Christina and her shaddow have been added into the room.
her arm shadow ends next to her torso, and appears to be a broken bedpost but in actual fact its the end of her photo shopped shadow which you can see runs from her right hand down to that point.
as someone else has mentioned the sp is mirrored and it seems the award and picture above her bed is photo shopped in there too, although i could be wrong.
