There's No Pre-Nup!

Yes, it's true. Madonna and her husband of almost 8 years, Guy Ritchie, are getting divorced.
The singer's publicist officially confirmed the news on Wednesday, and she made sure to point out in the statement that the couple have not agreed to a settlement.
Well, it might be getting very messy!
Sources confirm exclusively to PerezHilton.com that Madonna and Guy do NOT have a prenuptial agreement.
"Guy is a gold digger who was in from the get-go for the money," a source tells us. "He forced her to have no prenup. He is nothing more than a wolf in a great sheep outfit!"

I don't think that Guy pressured her into anything. She seems like a strong enough woman to make her own decisions. Plus, Guy makes pretty damn good movies, so he makes bank too. But, hell, her stupidity. LIVE IT UP GUY!
oh please. they always want to call someone a gold digger. when you split, you have entitlements for investing so much of your time in a relationship. madonna knows this, no surprise.

Love her or hate her. Madonna has been an extremely smart business woman throughout all her endeavors in the past . Above all, if she second-guessed herself with any kind of decision, especially involving her money, she has a team of people to help her decide the logical thing to do. She has millions and millions at stake…The only person to blame for not having a prenup agreement is herself.
I honestly do NOT think Guy was in it for the money. He seemed to really lover her alot, I mean come one she is Madonna and she must be a complete byatch to live with! One thing I must point out is why can't women who have power and money can't have a solid love life? Is it the trade in for all the success? Thats shitty news because I liked them 2gether. It's sad…it kinda proves that it's extremely hard to be a very independent woman and do everything you love…and BE who you are..and have your man stay by your side..it's just hard…Not all…but most men can't handle that type of strength and self identity…Sad for the kiddos..they just adopted the new child..who is raising the kiddos?? Seems like Lourdes is with her bio dad alot…are the kiddos split up from each other? Well, they either tried hard to make it work or they wanted to remain "friends" and put a show for Madonna's 50th and his movie premier…I bet Madonna's brother is wishing he would have shut his mouth for a little longer…I'm sure she would have patched things up wiith him once Guy is gone…but she never will now!! Perez - LISTEN!!! Madonna & Guy were married in the UK. Pre-Nups aren't legal in the UK. Even if they had one, it wouldn't make any difference at all to the divorce settlement. The court does NOT have to recognise it!!!
