Newsflash for you, all poor people are not on foodstamps or any other type of state help. This is a 2 income household and with the cost of housing in the Seattle area, half… HALF of our combined income. We both went back and got more training for better paying jobs, but with a 2 year old it doesn't matter. And no we don't have any toys, no cell phones, no cable and one car. we work close enough so we can get by with 1.

Chrissie Hynde of the Pretenders is a native of Ohio, and just recently moved back there after living 30 years in England. In a recent interview someone asked her if Obama could win that swing state. Her reply: she said she loves Obama, but he won't win (that state). She said, "I know my people." I wonder if these people are the ones she's talking about. That said, it's a little unfair to depict all people from Ohio like that (Columbus, OH rocks!!). I'm from North Carolina and I know there are attitudes like that here as well, but I also have learned since living here, when it comes to racism, you only see it when you look for it.

And when a Democrat speaks about McCain being 4 more years of Bush, you see the same kind of ignorance being espoused. Just as Obama is not a muslim, McCain is NOT another George Bush. Bottom line… the US is fundamentally a conservative, God fearing, family values oriented, America loving, country. That kind of person will not be voting for Obama. I can assure you. Even though Reps are very vocal in their opposition to abortion, I don't know of any abortion clinic that asks the mother for her political affiliation before they go with the abortion procedure. Newsflash for you, all poor people are not on foodstamps or any other type of state help. This is a 2 income household and with the cost of housing in the Seattle area, half… HALF of our combined income. We both went back and got more training for better paying jobs, but with a 2 year old it doesn't matter. And no we don't have any toys, no cell phones, no cable and one car. we work close enough so we can get by with 1.

Chrissie Hynde of the Pretenders is a native of Ohio, and just recently moved back there after living 30 years in England. In a recent interview someone asked her if Obama could win that swing state. Her reply: she said she loves Obama, but he won't win (that state). She said, "I know my people." I wonder if these people are the ones she's talking about. That said, it's a little unfair to depict all people from Ohio like that (Columbus, OH rocks!!). I'm from North Carolina and I know there are attitudes like that here as well, but I also have learned since living here, when it comes to racism, you only see it when you look for it.

For years, a lot of Blacks have been apathetic toward the political process. Uneducated? You're not sounding too bright yourself there, bro. Why are a lot of Republicans voting for McCain? Because he's a Republican. It doesn't get much simpler than that, despite all the objections they throw out about the other candidate (same could be said about a lot of Dems).
I'm a republican, and I agree.. some of what these people are saying is sad. We know he professes Christianity. (Although, from a church that hates America.) And the racial comments are just disgusting. But some Democrats talk as if "Republican" in and of itself, is a racial slang word. So, you have idiots on both sides of the isle. And when a Democrat speaks about McCain being 4 more years of Bush, you see the same kind of ignorance being espoused. Just as Obama is not a muslim, McCain is NOT another George Bush. So, both sides are basing their decisions on the invalid information. Sad, huh?
Bottom line… the US is fundamentally a conservative, God fearing, family values oriented, America loving, country. That kind of person will not be voting for Obama. I can assure you. And because Democrats have killed enough of their own children through abortion, thereby killing off their potential electorate, the demographics are continuing to swing our way. We tend to want to keep our children alive which inures to our benefit in the long run, electorally.
Here's to another generation of Republican executive branch rule. It's just sad that 25 million aborted children in the past 30 some years had to pay the price for that.

In reality, both major parties are going to have the uninformed masses who are basing their vote entirely on platitudes or who their community is voting for. I am sure there are just as many Obama areas (some of the more urban places probably) with people sounding the exact same way (listing all these untrue rumors or stretching the truth about McCain and Palin) Those people also probably don't really know what they are talking about or just have basic understanding of who they are voting for and why. But no, every Democrat is PERFECT no matter what their knowledge of the candidates and the election, and every Republican is just "white trash" who doesn't know what they are talking about. it's interesting because Obama is a religious man. Second as a woman I want the right to choose what happens to my body. I'm not looking for a preacher for my future president. I want someone who is going to make an impact on my future. This is what everyone has been waitin for. Someone besides an old crotchity white man dictating what is right and wrong in society today. I would also like to add that the most frustratin part of this video was that they said Obama is friends with the enemy. Well, you were doing good in your post until you made the comment about Democrats killing themselves off through abortion. Even though Reps are very vocal in their opposition to abortion, I don't know of any abortion clinic that asks the mother for her political affiliation before they go with the abortion procedure. Reps though are usually good at telling people to do what they say and not what they do. I'm sure you're right, though. Abortions are just limited to the people of the Democrat party just the way homosexuality is.
