I dont like the lipstick, the hair or necklace.
It looks like she stole Aladdins pants.
I would say the top is fine with other pants but really cant imagine it unless you cut off the sleeves and wore it while you took a ride in your time machine to the 80's or whatever time anything remotely like this would be fashionable.
