Thursday night was BIG for Dave Letterman!
6.5 million people tuned in to see John McCain kiss Letterman ass!
It was Dave's most-watched night in three years.
The last time he saw those numbers was when Oprah stopped by to see him!
What did you all think of Dave's grilling of the Senator?
Maybe the late-night host will be asked to be a presidential debate moderator in four years!

Don't know about you guys, but the choice is obvious. The first guy's been giving everything to his country and he forgave the people who tortured him when he was in prison. The second guy talked a lot and would do anything that serve his own self-interest. By the way, here are the reasons we are losing jobs to other countries: a) wage is a lot cheaper there b) tax rate is lower. In fact, my husband's company recently moved 200 jobs to Singapore because Singapore government gave his company a 2% tax rate c) there are a lot more scientists, mathematicians, and engineers in India and China at 1/10 of the cost.
Our generation has turned into a generation who likes to spend beyond his or her mean. There's no discipline in our spending from government to the common people. By the way, we like to work as little as possible and like free handouts (we definitely work a lot less than our parents, grandparents, and the founding fathers of this great country). The only aspiration in young generation is to be an athelete, an actor or actress or anything that makes a lot of money the easy way and with little of schooling.

I am also Pro Choice, Pro Equality, Pro GLBT Rights, and am VERY against Obama, you are absolutely correct that the Robbin Hood Idea is an ideology used to deceive people when they're at there worst and it does not work. Jilly, I wouldn't worry. The polls are becoming tighter and tighter every day. And every election year they tend to project what they WISH would happen instead of what will ACTUALLY happen. Polls showed Gore ahead, Kerry ahead, and Bush won both times. Going further back, polls showed Carter and Mondale over Reagan. Hahaha. My advice to you and all the conservatives on this site would be to stock up on some bubbly to celebrate McCain's victory, and batten down the hatches - there will be riots in cities that will make the LA riots look like a kindergarten field trip.
