What is sad is how ASSuming so many readers are. For someone who has seen it before, its very obvious that this CHILD has steroid face, most likely from the treatment of of a disease or disorder. The red, super huge cheeks are a dead giveaway. This child COULD be suffering from cancer and you're all ready to lynch his parents.

I have to agree with those that have stated that it's likely due to the use of steroids. The pattern of bloat and distension of the facial features is absolutely typical of steroid treatments in the initial stages of treatment for cancer or other life threatening diseases. I've seen this a lot and this is one of those kids pretty much guaranteed.
I do find it scary clown type creepy though I have to admit.
