So many people commenting that this child is obese. To me … his face looks like he is on steroids. Wouldn't you all feel terrible if you found out he takes anti-rejection medication for a transplant of some kind?

i would'nt be mean and say fat.. just unhealthy at that age to be that big. my brother was large too, and he's lost it all. He's lucky- can lead to lots of health problems like my cousin. cute but didn't think it was real

If you pay attention to the video, the kids face isn't the right size to match the body. I think the Kid is chubby but no where near as big as he looks on this video. I bet he had an allergic reaction to something and got swollen very badly. He's also not the one singing. That song has been around for a long time and it's the first child's voice. This kid is just lip syncing to it. I have a 7 yr old brother who is allergic to eggs and when he gets a reaction, he swells up to over 2 times his normal size. I think the parents were taking advantage of the puffy cheeks before they went down the normal size.
Very cute video though. Wish I could get my brother to learn it. So far I can only get him to sing "Beer Goggles" lol
