Control freak Madonna must be going nuts!
Lots of personal stuff is being leaked out to the media as M faces off with soon to be ex-husband, Guy Ritchie.

We've learned through the UK's Daily Mail the 'crazy' things Madonna made Guy put up with:
- Madge emasculated him! The paper said every aspect of home life was dictated by M. No surprise!
- Madonna sleeps slathered in $1000-a-jar cream and covered in a plastic body-suit to fight aging
- M only allows a precise blend of Colombian coffee to be served in the home.
- Picky eater M can't have any regular blueberry. It has to be a certain type of Canadian blueberry (which are specially flown in to London).
- Madonna despises processed meat and would only allow it in the home on very rare occasions.
- Dairy is banned at the Madonna home. Guy could only have rice milk in the house.
- Madge banned sugar entirely, which, says the Mail, "made biscuits, ice creams and cakes objects of almost otherworldly fascination for her daughter Lourdes and their son Rocco." Cheese, cream, salt and preservatives were also a no-no.
- Her exercise routine, never less than two hours a day, six days a week, rules her life. Madonna's trainer has been living with the family for the last year.
- Apparently the no TV ban didn't only apply to the kids. There was apparently no TV at the home at all. There was also a ban on newspapers (?!).
Guy didn't know what he was getting into?

my aunt banned sugar from my cousins when they were little kids so that they wouldn't get fat. when they hit highschool, they binged and gained like 30 lbs.

I know what Madonna is doing by not letting her kids watch TV and other things. She wants them to move out the day they turn 18 so they are not sponging off of her. And the fact that life revolved around her is pretty easy because there were large amounts of times when he wasn't working out of home so he was the stay at home parent during those times. These items are far from shocking or anything, some I think are bullshit though

it s okay to eat healthy food (I mysself am a vegetarian / almost vegan), BUT: It s NOT good for children to NEVER get ANY sweets! Even celeb kids do NOT libve in a sort of bubble or on an island and they ll see other kids being "allowed" to eat more diversified food and sweets ins mall amounts, etc. - so their mother makes them as complete OUTSIDER and even maybe be ridiculed by the other kids…this is NOT GOOD for the mental growth and development of children!
They ll for sure develop very SERIOUS(!) EATING DISORDERS! Orthorexia, anorexia a.so.

BUT: Hindering your small kids ENTIRELY and TOTALLY from eating it or things that contain some of it, is simply NEUROTIC and BAD for getting a "normal" attitude towards food! calcium comes from alot of souces. Milk doesnt have more than a handfull of almonds, a cup of brocoli and many other substitutions. Also dairy and milk products contain way too much animal protiens and steroids now adays, which lead to many diseases such as cancer and M.S. Osteoperosis is a fear tactic used by the dairy industry. It is not as prevelant as it seems to be.

I'll admit I laughed when I read this in the papers over the weekend but I always read the Daily Mail with a sense of caution. I don't necessarily believe they are putting the right views across or even protecting the people they talk about. They always print retractions of articles or little (very little) apologies. I only believe them about the football scores. Its the one thing they can't exaggerate.
I remeber reading, what can only be described as a biography across three pages. It was about Christian Bale when there was all that kerfuffle with the assault charges. Only, the Daily Snail, maintained that he was a maniac and accompanied the articles with pictures of him with knives. Not exactly the best portrayl of anyone.
For that reason, amongst many others, I fail to believe that the Daily Mail honestly thinks this is what Madonna is like. I know its Madonna but I seriously can't bring myself to believe the Daily Mail. Immigrants, Tories, celebrities and sport. That's all they do. Before anyone points out that I hate it so why do I still read it? Easy. They do brilliant sport coverage over the weekend and the LIVE mag on a Sunday sometimes has film exclusives like James Bond that was in the other week.
