Si apparently checks his appearance in a mirror at home after every few steps. Says his bro, “Simon has a lot of mirrors in his LA house. He can’t walk more than six steps without passing a mirror and he glances in each one every single time he goes past.”
Brother of Simon also tells the mag that the mega bucks producer loves the color white: "He’s obsessed with the color white. His house is hysterical because there are about 30 shades of white in it. It starts with a white marble floor downstairs and then you go upstairs where it changes to a different type of white. It’s hilarious."
Siblings always blab about stuff we wish they wouldn't, right?

I think Simon is confident in his abilities. I don't think hes' vain. We had a LOT of mirrors in my house, growing up, and I always looked at myself. The mirrors were there to give the impression of larger spaces - so that speaks nothing of vanity. It's just a draw; it's a mirror for crying out loud - it's a curious piece.
I don't have a lot of mirrors at home now, but every mirror we do have - mostly in bathrooms - always cause me to look whether I want to or not, lol.
Like I said, mirrors are curious objects - it's not just the reflection of yourself that draws you to them.
i'd be looking in a mirror every 6 steps if i looked like simon… hot
