Their point is to say what they believe FOR THEMSELVES should not influence the rights of ALL AMERICANS. I'm not for gay marriage, but I don't think that my beliefs should hinder what other people do….that's ignorant and selfish. McCain and Palin both believe that they should take away those rights because of their personal beliefs, like they are speaking on behalf of all Americans…well I'm sorry but that is a not what I want in a president and they are certainly not speaking on behalf of me.

The first part was in response to that fallacious statement that 60 million people have been killed under atheism. approxiamently 264,000 have been killed in the "name of God" verses more than 141,160,000 have been under Atheism. I realise that most atheist can't bring themselves to acknowledge the facts but this is the reality. I can't help it if some people don't like to face up to the hard core facts of reality. lol Google it! lol. The second letter was to point out all of the different reasons people have been killed other than religion.
