that thing at 13 seconds is WEIRD!
I was surprised that she was so good. I liked it.
I remember when she sang On My Own on Dawson's Creek
She has a cute voice, but she needs a cheeseburger. I saw her on that show last night and she looks just AWFUL! She's too fucking skinny, it's nauseating. Her hair is disgusting too. I don't like her new look AT ALL.

for all you idiots who said she lip synched, of course she did! they pre-record the song and she gets taped lip-synching to it! duh! anyways, she doesn't have a professional voice of course, but i think she can hold her own. she sang in like 3 or 4 episodes of dawson's creek too back in the day.

It doesn't look like her lips follow the words a lot of the time, which leadsmeto believe that it either isn't her singing or it is a highly produced (read: fixed) track of her singing playing along with the dance number.

Ok, first of all, ALL singing done on TV and/or Movies is lip synched because it HAS to be for sound quality control. They just redo it in the studio later. SECONDLY I don't think she's that great. I wouldn't pay any money to see her and if I heard her on the radio, I'd switch stations. I'd love to see her sing in front of Simon Cowell. That ought to knock her down a few pegs. Maybe then she'd come to her senses, and Leave what's his face so he stops pimping out their poor two year old.

She shouldn't have sang that song. They should of gave her another one that would fit into her voice range. When she's first starting out with that breathy high note, she's staggering her voice and it isn't healthy for her vocal cords. And then she doesn't have very good diction. I couldn't really understand most of the words that were coming out of her mouth. To make a long story short, she can't sing, she can't act. She should just stick to being a wife and mom in that weird family she has.

most tv studios make actors lip sync, they previously record the track, then when they do the scene the actor lip syncs. Personally…being a music major…she's good..she has a good tone and is on pitch..I think a lot of people are just bashing her because of the crazy she married…you guys have to rememeber we all fell in love with her as joey…she's branching out and attempting to be her own person…can we please give her some cred.

I just saw her saturday in all my sons and i was not impressed to say the least!! first off she has some major poundage to take care of and she really is not that pretty. also, her acting was aful and even worse compared to the other leads (diane weist, john lithgow, patrick wilson). and her fans (including me who really wanted to see diane wiest) waited for 45 minutes and when she finally made an appearance she was rude and didn't sign autographs, unlike the other cast members! how ungrateful!!!

Re: Tlovesperezito – Do you know ANYTHING about production on a movie or t.v. show?! They almost never have the star sing live unless it's a small bit here or there. The sound is inserted after production, thus, the singing must match the volume of the rest of the scene and be at the same levels.

Anyone remember Cyd Charisse? Well it's a copy almost, but, yeah, she sounds better than some others out there, but don't compare to Anne Hathaway who seems to have real training in the field and now were getting to hear it!
