Tragic: Body Of Little Julian Reportedly Found

Chicago police just found the white SUV and there was a small boy (dead) in the car.
Authorities are saying it is likely Jennifer Hudson's missing nephew, Julian King.
They found the car 14 miles away from the Crime Scene.
The Cook County medical examiner's office has sent investigators to the scene in the 1300 block of South Kolin, where the boy was found around 8 a.m. today, an office spokesman said.
We're not one to promote violence, but the monster responsible for these murders needs to die!!!

well, someone needs to have the balls to do a death penalty case…..then carry out the fucking execution! look how fast saddam swung from the gibbet. the death penalty willnever be a deterrent unless it gets carried out, and we eliminate the countless appeals.
Illinois's death penalty is currently on hold. I'm totally shocked that this monster killed his son, I thought he would at least spare his son.

Among them: the response time of the Chicago P.D.; the fact that the shots were heard by neighbors, but not reported; the fact that a multi-state Amber Alert was issued, but that the vehicle was found less than 15 miles away; that no order of protection had been sought–even though Mr. Balfour reportedly threatened to harm his estranged wife's family. The time and cause of death need to be established for the youngster, as Mr. Balfour has been in police custody since Friday night, and the abandoned car was spotted by neighbors on Saturday, yet only collected this a.m. Were there any accomplices to the rampage?
Many questions are unanswered. My prayers are with Jennifer and Julia Hudson and their remaining siblings. This is a horrible, atrocious crime.

i live in chicago and have been watching the reports all day. multiple residents in the area said that the white suv was not there yesterday and they believe it was put there sometime overnight. but balfour's has been held in custody for parole violations since yesterday.police had even transferred to him to the Illinois Department of Corrections .
either balfour's actually not guilty or he has an accomplice, either way, there is still someone out there that played a part in a child's death and they need to be found IMMEDIATELY.
this is absolutely heartbreaking. they are all together in heaven now. my prayers and peaceful thoughts are with Jennifer and her family…

I am so sad that Julian was not found alive.I agree that Julia's husband should die for killing three people. But I think that Julia needs to admit her role in this tragic outcome. As a mother she should have put her son's safety and well being above everything and that includes the type of people that she lets into her personal life. How could she bring a man into her family that was in jail for attempted murder? What kind of role model would he have been to little Julian. I don't understand why she went to her my space page to say negative things about her husband knowing that he already made a threat against her family she have reported the threats to the police but she just made him more angry. I live in Chicago and this morning on my way to work I actually saw the police escorting the tow truck with the SUV on it from where it was found to Area 5 police headquarters. Then to find out later that the body was still in the SUV when they were transporting it just saddened me. I feel so sorry for the Hudson family! If in fact that Belfour guy did it (he probably did), they need to sentence him to death because what he did is just heinous! And he already served for attempted murder!

Please, please, PLEASE ladies (and men too)… please let this be a lesson that you MUST be more careful about who you date and expose your children to. I am not blaming the mother at all.. but this is a big eye opener about what can happen when you allow criminals around your children. This man was already a convicted criminal.. attempted murder nonetheless.. and Hudson's sister married him and brought into this home around this little boy. There are just way too many instances of mommy's boyfriend hurting mommy's children… and a good look at the boyfriend usually brings shock when even a stranger can see the boyfriend was prone to this type of behavior.

This is just terrible. I live in the south Chicago burbs. My friend is a teacher on the southside of the city. The stories I hear are horrifying. This part of Chicago truly has an enormous problem. But, for those who have never been here, just know that it's only one part with this problem. Chicago is an amazing city and you'd be lucky to visit someday!
I feel so outraged and sad about this tragedy..what could someone be so enraged about to do something so heinous, especially to a child?? A dispute over a vehicle? The step father threatening to take away the step son from the mother? Who the hell does he think he is? He isnt even the biological father! To those that blame Julia and her choices…can you imagine how she feels and the guilt she will have every day of her life that she let that monster into her life? I think she is suffering enough and its impossible to even imagine how heartbreaking this must be for Juila, Jennifer and their relatives. Its so sickening that the bastard that took this child's life probably did it so the child would not be able to tell who killed his uncle and grandmother. That child must have been so terrified.
