With T-minus 8 days and counting until the election, things are not looking good for the Republicans.
One of Alaska's largest papers - the Anchorage Daily News - has just announced its endorsement of Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama.
Ouch.
They called their own Sexy Sarah "too risky" to be one very close step to President of the United States. And that even though the state may have been "captivated" by her nomination, they should not let her "overwhelm their judgment."
Sexy Sarah is indeed seductive!
But the paper said voters need to keep their eyes on the prize.
In other words, McCain is the "wrong choice."

I agree we need to raise min. wage, it keeps everybody balanced. The problem with Obama's plan is the combo of things that he wants to implement with businesses that make more than $250k/yr. That combo will ruin our economy. My family's business employs around 60 people, 6 Managers (salary based) and the rest are Min. Wage employees. If his plan is implemented we will be forced to close. Why? Listen, because If he raises Min. Wage, that's ok, we raise our prices a bit and everything goes back to equilibrium, but if he also increases our taxes we are fucked!!! We have low profit margins. As of now we're suffering, now imagine if he adds more taxes and increases the wages. So we close our stores, now we're talking about 60 families without Income. Does that make sense to you???—————— I am sorry if you misunderstood what I was trying to say. In no way shape or form am I an elitist or all the other insults you've been laying out for me. If he helps me by giving me incentives (lower business income tax, etc) I can perhaps open another store, employ more people, help the community grow. I'm just stating facts in a very simple example. The mainstream media are only reporting what they want you to hear. I haven't read anywhere about how the Military Times did a poll that resulted in a 70/30 in favor of Mccain! 70/30! I am military, and all the people that I know and work with are all for Mccain! Obama doesn't know jack about what it means to serve. If he becomes president, the war we fought will be in vain! Our vets coming home will be stabbed in the back by his smoke and mirrors administration. Democrats don't care about the military!

That newspaper won't feel that way when Obama takes half their money and then they have to lay off thousands of employees. Even better, when they have to close their doors entirely. Go ahead, people vote for Obama and be prepared to become a third world country.

First and foremost that comment on Michelle was racist and uncalled for.
Secondly, you CLEARLY do NOT unerstand Obama's tax plan. If your parents TAKE HOME 250K AFTER pying all their overhead expenses then YES they will pay a higher tax if they DO NOT then they will not be taxed higher than what they are. It's very simple yet people still don't get it. And BTW with that BAILOUT EVERYONE will be paying higher a higher tax whether implemented by our state gov't or the feds.
Why is everyone always hating on the Republicans?? I personally think Obama is the anti-Christ..hahahaha But thats just my opinion.
