According to reports, Jennifer Lopez Eva Mendes likes to hang upside down in order to look younger.
It seems the 34 year-old wants to try and keep looking sexy for as long as she can. And, apparently, allowing blood to rush to her head helps deter her signs of aging, so she thinks.

We’re not sure about the scientific results of doing this, but hey, it beats zipping yourself up in a plastic body bag before bed, like Madonna supposedly does.
