A King Without A Hill

After 13 years of standing on his perfectly manicured front lawn and drinking beer with his pals, the King of the Hill is finally taking a bow from Fox’s lineup.
The show got CANCELLED, y’all.
Sad!
Final episodes of the long-running animated comedy will air from 2009 to 2010.
Ratings for the show about the various adventures and misadventures of blue-collar Texan Hank Hill plateaued earlier this season. Hank is voiced by series co-creator and executive producer Mike Judge, who works alongside Kathy Najimy, Brittany Murphy, and Stephen Root.
Fox’s American Dad, however, is faring better. The animated comedy about super conservative father Stan Smith and his brood of characters from the creators of Family Guy is being renewed for its fifth season.
The show experienced ratings growth among TV’s coveted young adult audiences, as well as among audiences in general.
So, it looks good for series co-creator, executive producer, and voice actor Seth MacFarlane, along with Wendy Schaal, Rachael MacFarlane and Scott Grimes.
We need a Perez cartoon!!!!
