This past weekend, Kevin Federline's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, had faux Spears cousin Alli Sims served with a court summons requiring her to testify on the parenting skills (or lack thereof) of her pal Britney.
"That was only phase one," a source close to the situation reveals exclusively to PerezHilton.com. "Alli will not be the only one. Expect Mark Vincent Kaplan to serve legal papers on others close to Britney. Kevin is serious about the well-being of his children. This is not about money."
