In my opinion he's better qualified, certainly, than Bush was, despite the fact that Bush was a governor. The man was a practicing lawyer for how long? You think he doesn't know how to fight to better our laws, or enhance our way of life? People shuck off his community organizing skills as bullshit, but personally I think we should require all of our politicians to help or have helped at the community level. Part of the reasons our social programs don't work, besides the fact that they're put into place by politicians who are always playing games to keep their heads above water, is because these politicians create the rules while having no idea other than in theory, how they function on a day to day level.
