Whoopi's Prepares For Viewless Future

Aside from co-hosting The View and having her own radio show, Whoopi Goldberg is expanding her mini media empire.
Whoopi has just signed a new development deal with Discovery Emerging Networks.
Using her production company, Whoop Inc, the talented and opinionated Goldberg – along with her partner Tom Leonardis – will be in charge of developing series for the Investigation Discovery and Science Channel.
Which means that we’ll soon see at least one of Whoopi and Tom’s ideas take off.
Whoopi said, “Since I’m really curious about the world, what better place for Tom and me to exercise this interest than at Discovery?”
How many people actually watch the Discovery channels?
