I think Angelina would marry Brad in a heartbeat (she married Billy Bob after all) but Brad doesn't want to marry her. I like your theory about how Jennifer was Brad's one true love. Here is another theory:
Angelina got pregnant *cough*trappingBrad*cough* very shortly after Brad and Jen's divorce. Getting married before she got pregnant would have made it so obvious that Brad cheated on Jen so they didn't do that, and getting married right after Shiloh was born would have made it look like they only got married because of the bastard child. Both ways are terrible and that's why they haven't gotten married. They just keep having more and more children to try to make it look like they love each other. I doubt Brad and Angelina have lives as great as they want us to think.
