Seriously, Elizabitch Hasselbeck and Sherri Shepherd should try reading some facts before spilling lies from their mouth!!!!!
As we mentioned before, Elizabitch LIED to the entire country when she said that California's Proposition 8, to ban gay marriages, would mean that religious leaders could go to jail for refusing to perform a same sex marriage.
NOT TRUE!
That then caused the "god worshiping" Sherri to make her own comments. She said, "I don't want to know that my pastor — because, you know, the church is preaching against homosexuality, and I don't want to know that my pastor could be jailed."
Well, we guess God doesn't want gay couples that love each other to get married, but he's ok with Sherri sleeping around before getting married right? Oh, and we guess God is ok with Sherri having had abortions in the past as well!
And it seems like Elizabitch and Sherri are still trying to brainwash people into thinking something false about Proposition 8 as they continue to bring up the lie that it affects religious groups.
Oh, and Elizabitch has said many times already that Proposition 8 passed by a majority of 62%. Someone should tell her to fact check. According to the California Secretary of State's office, the prop for hate passed with only 52.3% of the vote.
At least Whoopi pointed out the obvious and said, "It is unfortunate that people used not-honest things to go about it, because if the fear — if people put fear into people and made them believe things that weren't true, that's not how you want somebody to vote. You want them to vote the truth, and you want them to vote their heart."

I have only watched the vie a couple of times since Rosie left, she was Awesome…! I get embarrassed by and for Sheri, i hear clips/read clips all the time about the things that come out of her mouth….And Perez is right; When you live in a class house don't throw stones, you can't want tolerance for multiple abortions ( which she has admitted to having) but not be willing to give it. Elizabitch is nothing more than a Loud mouth, white trash pawn used for ratings not unlike the trash you see on " The Jerry Springer Show", only she is so "Back Hills" she doesn't even know it…In Fact, "The View" is the " Faux White Collar Jerry Springer Show", Whoopi playing the " Jerry Springer " Part, or sometimes Barbra Walters, ( Who in my opinion is SO overrated, and a complete Faux herself, but we are talking about a different entity right now). The majority of the people they have on the show are in the Arts, which is overwhelmingly Gay, Liberal, Spiritual, creative,tolerant, sensative people. Do you think ANYONE that visits the show wants to even touch that chick, ( besides Patricia Heaton)? I don't think so…She goes against almost everything Hollywood and the Arts and Entertainment are about. It used to bother me when actors or musicians would come out and hug and kiss everyone, including Elizabeth, ( who was/is always so eager to get the affection as well,I guess certain Gay people she likes, if they are more famous than her) who more than likely makes their skin crawl….But, they are after all, Entertainers and they "Act" like they are happy to see her and happy to be in her presence….I don't know, though, it still bothers me…If you don't want to talk, touch or pretend With one of the ladies of The View…Then Don't,…Hey,… that would make for some good TV, would it not?

Whoopi is right…..what is comes down to is that reasons and excuses are not necessary. No matter what you say, on either side of it, this subject insights alot of passion in both parties. The anti proposition side wants to feel justified and so do the supporters of the proposition. It is hard to explain ones personal morals, just as it is hard to convince one their morals aren't as important as the others. Whether it be propelled by religion or pure family values, you cannot ask people to sweep their views under the rug for your own. It is not about taxes, or religious freedom…as both of the arguments are easliy remedied. (Register as a domestic partnership and have your pastor bless your vows….get a tax break and publicly declare your vows!) To state the whole second class citizen crap over and over again is blasphemous. To compare same sex marriage to civil rights is absurd. Our homosexual citizens have by no means experienced the oppression of our African-American citizens! I'm so done with this subject, as the decision has been made and the votes have been tallied…..done.

Usually I never have a problem with you and your antics, but for the first time I do. I understand you don't want proposition 8 to pass. I get it, I respect it, but to bash Sherri(for having an abortion and having sex before marriage) and Elizabeth is so wrong of you. That is so offensive. If you accept that 2 people, of the same sex, can love each other in the same way as two heterosexuals can then marriage is a logical next step. Religion and procreation don't have to come into it surely?

I'm all for gay couples being allowed to married. The problem comes in when it interferes with "religious" temperance. Like, why should a pastor, priest, or any head of the church go to jail or be punished for not wanting to participate in the wedding of two same-sex partners, if it goes against their doctrine? Doesn't that violate the church's right and their religious freedom? Go find an acceptable church to marry in, then!

You are totally getting off point. The issue is not about homo sex. You already have that individual freedom. The issue is about whether two people from the same gender can marry [in this culture]. The [majority] of this culture voted that the [majority] does not want same-gender marriages legalized in their culture.
