On one hand, I feel that Kanye West is the most important thing to happen to hip-hop since Lauryn Hill (and now he's shown that he clearly has more staying power than she does). His music is original, well-made, and sometimes very thoughtful.
On the other hand, his ego is out of control and is one of the main reasons his fan base isn't even larger. I can't believe he'd have the audacity to compare himself to Michael Jordan.
