Joe Jonas Responds To Taylor Swift!

Amidst allegations that he cheated on her and dumped her via a 30 second phone call, Joe Jonas is speaking out - for the first time - about his relationship with Taylor Swiftly, which did not end well. At all!
On the Jonas Brothers' official blog, Joe just posted the following:
"To Our Fans from Joe, Kevin and Nick:
It is our normal rule to avoid talking about our private lives. It seems that it has come to the point where we must address a few things. We would prefer to address these things and then leave it alone from that point forward.
We felt like it was important to respond because recent events have affected our fans. It is important to us as artists and brothers to enlighten regarding this situation. Our fans are the most important thing to us.
There are rumors and suggestions that are being publicized in the press right now about us. Like all people our age we are trying to find someone special that we can share time with in our busy lives. We all have busy schedules and high demands. We love our life and are thankful for all that we have. We are simply stating that it is difficult to maintain relationships with the kind of life we live.
We love our fans and it is important to us to protect that relationship.
To Our Fans from Joe:
This blog is not an attack of anyone. Anytime you are in a relationship for any length of time there are going to be issues. Sometimes they resolve. Other times they lead to a change of heart. This was the case recently.
Several things I will state with all my heart…
I never cheated on a girlfriend. It might make someone feel better to assume or imply I have been unfaithful but it is simply not true. Maybe there were reasons for a breakup. Maybe the heart moved on. Perhaps feelings changed. I am truly saddened that anything would potentially cause you to think less of me.
For those who have expressed concern over the "27 second" phone call. I called to discuss feelings with the other person. Those feelings were obviously not well received. I did not end the conversation. Someone else did. Phone calls can only last as long as the person on the other end of the line is willing to talk. A phone call can be pretty short when someone else ends the call. The only difference in this conversation was that I shared something the other person did not want to hear.
There were later attempts at communication that had no response.
I wish the best for the other person but could not sit back any longer and leave our fans with a wrong impression of the truth.

No matter who broke up with who, I'm kind of sad it ended up being Joe Jonas who took the high road. I adore Taylor, her music, and her style, and I wish she would stop attacking her ex publicly. She's acting like a middle school girl who wants to exact revenge for having her feelings hurt. Getting dumped sucks, but she's going to scare off all future prospects with her crazy antics!
There always has to be something wrong with what a girl keeps saying about a breakup if she won't shut up about it. I thought she might have hurt feelings over him and was just trying to make herself feel better, but then again what if Joe is lying to make himself feel better? It could be looked at either way. Taylor is awesome either way. Who hasn't felt horrible about a breakup and trashed the other person? We've all done it, so why should we judge against it if that's what's happening?
Joe is the biggest liar ever. He probably didn't write that, his MANAGEMENT probably did. "It might makes someone feel better to assume or imply that I have been unfaithful, but it is simply not true" Yeah right. He lied. Taylor already wrote a song about him, called Forever & Always. It's on her new CD. She said it was about him. And its about a guy who is fading from you, and you don't know why, because you hadn't changed. But she said in this case, he ended up breaking up with her for another girl. Taylor Swift deserves better.
What's the big deal with these Jonas brothers anyway? Has anyone else noticed that their music is crap just as the Backstreet Boys and New Kids on the Block were before them? At least those guys were cute in their day. This kid looks like he should be the ostracized creepy kid sitting in the back of the classroom…. Ahhh, you kids will learn 10 years from now how unattractive and lame these bands are and how they'll do anything to spin their stories. Just remember– when I was your age, the Backstreet Boys were claiming to be God-fearing virgins as well and well, now we've seen how fucked up Nick Carter's family is and that AJ was a major drug addict entertaining 11 year old girls.
