Watching the Slutty Disney star handle herself is like going to the dentist and getting drilled for an hour.

If Miley wouldn't have taken those pictures, none of you would care right now. There have been many, many underage celebrities that have dated people 4+ years older…this is nothing new in the celebrity world or the real world and it doesn't mean that the older person is a pedophile. A pedophile is someone that PREYS on and fantisizes about little pre-pubescent children, dating ONE underage person doesn't make you a pedophile…especially when your so close in age. I doubt he's going from 16 year old to 16 year old…I'm sure Miley is an exception. He looks at her as a human female (that has a career, might I remind you, she's not an ordinary 16 year old girl), he's not attracted to her for the sole purpose that she's underage. If he gets off to the fact that she's a kid, then that's one thing, throw the bastard in jail for that. But if he just likes her for her, then fuck, stop bitching and let them date like the thousands of other 16 year olds and 20 year olds have and are still doing today. Either way, 20 year olds aren't exactly the epitome of maturity, wisdom and adulthood…he's still a kid himself. The law doesn't define when a person truly becomes an adult.

But in this particular case, it's much different. By "dating ONE underage person doesn't make you a pedophile", I meant that if you date someone that's 2-4 years younger than you that happens to not yet be 18…then IMO that's okay (depending on why you're with that person).
