Kelly Osbourne was approached for assistance by a homeless man outside of an LA-area Rite Aid on Wednesday.
Kelly O was happy to help out because she's a good person….and it doesn't hurt to be photographed by lurking paparazzi to be doing good.
The homeless should stick close to the paps!

Someone (maybe you) would comment on how puny the daisy was and that it had too few petals. No matter how innocent the circumstances may be, someone always has to make a put-down.
