ABC is making BIG changes to their lineup!
According to reports, three ABC shows have been canceled - or are almost dead.
Dirty Sexy Money, Pushing Daisies, AND Eli Stone will all be ending this season. 99%.
At the moment, the network is not commenting, but multiple sources have confirmed the news.
However, Daisies creator Bryan Fuller says, "It's all true. I'm so very proud of this show and grateful for everyone's hard work in bringing it to life. We would love to continue telling this season's arcs in a comic book format, just to tie up all the loose strings — and believe me, there are plenty. That way we can tell a stand alone movie story that doesn't have all the baggage from the second season stories — and those bags are packed!"
Some changes will also be made mid-season to the current schedule.
For example, their spin-off show Private Practice will be moved to 10pm on Thursdays following Grey's Anatomy beginning mid-December. An obvious attempt to up the ratings.
And starting January, Scrubs will join the network's Tuesday lineup and Life on Mars will be moved to Wednesdays.
Thankfully they didn't get rid of Ugly Better and Desperate Housewives. Or should they have?
Ugly Betty is a really good show, and they would be MORONS if they got rid of it as well.
I heard really good things about Pushing Daisies but never really got around to watching it due to my crazy work hours.
I'm just really sick of reality TV, I live in my own reality and that's enough drama for me, its just lame and another way of the networks to make crazy amounts of money.
I find they are taking away great shows and replacing them with GARBAGE!

I agree on the overrated reality shows. We're all a bit tired of these shows, and they are not even good anymore. There was a time when it was nice to watch reality tv, but now it's just plain stupid. They are just plain dumb.
No, I love Pushing Daises. Quirky is good. They'll probably replace it with some lame CSI type show or another one about doctors, because lord knows one can never get tired of those…

DSM is a great show - that they're keeping "Greys" over DSM is embarrassing. DSM is sharply written, has the best cast in ages and actually lives up to the "sexy" in its name. "Greys Anatomy" had a fabulous first couple of seasons but it jumped the shark when the producers over reacted to Isaiah Washington's comments and dropped Dr.Burke. Need I mention the utterly un-believable "romance" between George and Izzie or the inevitable "moment of clarity" that comes to a character at least once per episode? Laughable. Poor choice, ABC.

Noooo! Why is it that every time I like a show it gets cancelled after a season or two! Pushing Daisies just started over here in Europe! God, why do we Europeans never get a say in these things?! Pushing Daisies is great, it reminds me so much of Amélie. And it's so different from all those doctor/crime/stupid-bitches-in-suburbs shows that apparently the populace enjoys most. No wonder people get dumber by the minute!
I just dont like Betty anymore except if she takes off the brace and marry Daniel just like all the sries versios it is adapted from! but right now I'm just bored if it was not for HBO 'True Blood' and Showtime 'Californication', well TV would be boring! TV shows last too long in both seasons and episodes, I mean mini series are ok with me, the intensity is better. I'm fed up to get hooked by a show and then to have it cancelled people keep on watching ancient shows because they're always there.

Dirty Sexy Money is great. Not every show can be a smash hit like Desperate Housewives and Lost (which I love), but Steve McPherson, the President should lose his job over this. It's ridiculous! It has a fanbase. Now they will spend millions on new shows, and if they are not instant hits, they will cancel them. All ratings are down. it was an election year. ABC should be focusing cancellation on stupid shows like wifswap, that nanny show, bachelor.bachelorette, and just think. this is the Network that ran that low-brow John Belushi show for years that no one watched..and Private Practice is the biggest SNOREFEST on TV!

OMG, I'm watching Dirty Sexy Money right now and they CANNOT cancel it! It is soooo good, like a grown up Gossip Girl, except sexier, smarter, and funnier. The acting is amazing and the storylines are SO good. I can understand them cancelling Pushing Daisies and Eli Stone, I've never met anyone who consistently watches those shows, but it's so unfair to cancel DSM when it is the best and yet most underrated show on ABC!

GET RID OF DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES AND SAVE PUSHING DAISIES. THAT IS ONE OF THE MOST ORIGINAL SHOWS ON TV AND I DON'T KNOW ANYONE THAT EVEN WATCHES ELI STONE.

They are cancelling Pushing Daisies but keeping Private Practice?!?!? Pushing Daisies is more innovative than most of the shows out there.
